Hi Robert, doing a 3 day trip end of June and then possibly one of the 9 day trips in December. Could you give your opinion on three rod types and associated reel types to take with me. Most of the South Island fishing is bottom bouncing so jigs and plastics I am really going in blind. SO looking forward to this trip, thanks mostly to you videos on Bounty Hunter. Obviously on kayaks: )

I am happy to see your fishing gear, good and very extraordinary. especially the kayak that you have, in Indonesia it is very difficult to get a kayak like you have. although there are very expensive prices. What an awesome trip. As for the charter skipper Aaron, me and my workmates used to go out with him when he was a deckie for his old man on the Shamrock. He would of been a teenager, then he became skipper and got the boat Thor, that's a beast of a boat. He's a top man and always put us on the fish.

Great video. Robert, I went to little barrier at 2 weeks ago, I may saw you guys on the way. the country is on 4 weeks lock down, no fishing no nothing, not sure if you guys are still on the Great Barrier, if so that would be so great coz you can sill fishing.

Great video like always. l have a question for you you travel a lot. my question is can you carry your reels in your carry on in airplanes with fishing line on it or without fishing line on them. thank you get the big ones.

awesome bro the hauraki gulf is our backyard cant wait to get out of lockdown and back out there. just fyi those squid are broad squid which I believe are different to calamari.
