In the future, if I ever have the ability to do so, I will figure out how to put a computer underground where it's super cold, or something, and then have water next to it, like a well, but have it separated in a tank that's like the size of a pool, and it will be used to cool the cpu and gpu or something lol
Edit: I just realized I could add another fan to my case I currently use. Also I totally have been out of the loop, I haven't seen cooler blocks like that but I knew they existed! I always thought it would be an easier way to install a water AIO....why don't they make the cooling block be a smaller reservoir with water in it, though Would that not be just as effective

How can What fans should we include be even a question ALWAYS include the front fans. Those are the main case fans. They are the ones that push fresh air in and are the biggest as a result and the ones you see the most and as such dictate the external aesthetic. When I buy a case either for me or for someone else's build, any case that includes fans that aren't the front/side (in fish tanks) fans is excluded from consideration by default. You either include front fans plus maybe an exhaust back fan as a little bonus, or you don't include them at all and lower the price accordingly.

that immersion setup with the remote cooling tower reminds me that even in the year 2025 with 600w gpus and 250w cpus (and of course an extra 100w in rgbslop) we still do not have water cooling solutions that easily allow you to pipe the fluid to a remote radiator through a window so you can directly dump the heat outside rather than it be a space heater and rely on your home hvac to remove the heat from the room. it would be viable even the hottest environments that regularly hit 110f considering that is 43c which is the computer equivalent of a few degrees above freezing.

While I don’t know which industry the hose comes from, I do understand the need for one that is so thick. Where I work, we have to deal with balancing temperature, pressure and flow of the oil we use to cool some equipment. When it is cold, the pressure is quite high so we can get the minimum flow we need. As it heats up, the pressure decreases and the flow increases. (PV=nRT for any who care). Thus we have a minimum time for warming up our stuff before we can actually run. After that we just cool the oil down as needed to maintain a set value.

My guess on the hoses, based on the rating and size, is that they are SAE 100r6 type hoses. They are typically rated for 17-35 BAR (250 - 500 psi) depending on ID/OD, and used in low pressure applications. Has JIC compression fittings on the ends of the hose, with quick connects added. I'm not as familiar with the lower pressure applications, but with high pressure you see crush washers instead of teflon tape. Teflon tape is more for tapered threads (like NPT or BSPT) instead of these fittings which are straight.

Immersion Cooling - This is neat but I'm anxiously awaiting someone to make a cooling setup that can hook up to a mini-split system.
How beautiful would it be to have your computer silently cooled by your home A/C system.
Cases with screens - This is also cool but part of me thinks it'd be cooler to go back to 5.25 bays and then include some sort of stackable screens that fit in the bays.
Then you can sell your cases with them pre-installed and set up, plus also sell them as accessories for other cases.

i'd say this is probably a -10 or -12 hydraulic oil hose with NPT or BSP pipe fittings on the end. the large fittings they're screwed into are, as other commenters have mentioned, quick-connect fittings that generally provide a pretty good level of seal if they're done well. the hoses are generally custom-ordered from a warehouse but relatively cheap and quick to produce (i've done hundreds of hoses just like this, takes about five minutes). those look like Gates crimp fittings on the hoses themselves.

Those are standard industrial hydraulic fittings. My best guess is that they're using them for their quick (dis)connect functionality and their built-in check valves to minimize liquid loss and contamination when disconnected. These are like the most basic lego parts for anything with auxiliary hydraulics, meaning they're easily available and cheap. The extreme pressure rating is just due to the industry they're designed for and clearly an overkill side effect that's not needed in this application.

Even after all these years, 200mm fans still are not common, so yes, I agree with Steve they should come by default with any case that has a spot for them. When I worked for Microcenter we only ever had Cooler Master 200mm fans for sales for a very long time, then Thermaltake briefly, but never any others. I have far more extra 120mm and 140mm fans as spares I could use if I needed, and there is so much more variety to choose from at that size.

I think they should do the three bottom fans they are smaller so can get three. I think I can see they dont have reverse ones in the display model so 3 reverse bottom fans should come with this case . with the top view to show them off this is what I would like to see , the case can exhaust out the rest and three intake on the bottom with a dust screen , should create a positive pressure keeping dust out and cooling the hole system .

A friend and me did this around 23 years ago. We used the same oil they use in electrical transformers with oil cooling cooling machinery that works like refrigerator and used a coil system on the inside and ranout and connected to a compressor and another coil system that was the heat transfer. It was really good and blew away any water cooler I have ever seen. I will see if I can find the picture and post it if I do find it.

If you are restricting the air flow on the bottom so you can have a power supply on the front where there is unrestricted air, you are doing it wrong. Fire everyone that that it was a good idea.
Actually, why haven't people that have been proposing case designs that have the air flow heavily restricted been publicly fired and shamed and anyone that approved those had the same done.

hydraulic hose lines
i think they are called spiral/spirex and you order them from grainger usuall mc mastercar
when you order you go by pressure raiting and amount of wire thread in the hose
im a industrial mechanic and have had to replace and crimp fittings for these all the time
we order a whole spool of it and cost easy in the thousands tens of thousands

I need a case that isn't just tempered glass on the front or the side...but on all the sides! All the glass! And make it curved, too. I want my PC to be a glass sphere that hovers around my room. I will use it as a crystal ball to find out if I can financially recover from buying an Nvidia GPU.
Imagine playing games on the Minecube instead of using a monitor or HMD.

those fittings have a checkvalve in them so u can disconnect them and they will not allow fluid to leak out, also a fan running in fluid will run at a minimal speed with optimal lubrication, and each cooler should be and an air cooler just to pull heat away and out into the case since all the coolant is being exchanged to the remote case

Those are hydraulic hoses. Overkill, yeah, but try speccing a hose with quick disconnects like that. Easiest way (and quickest) is going to be getting some local hydraulic shop to grab some parts out of their bin. So it's specced for 100x the pressure it needs to be, it meets the other engineering requirements for this prototype product.

So, maybe I'm getting old and am out of touch with modern tech society but why do we need screens on the CPU and RGBs on the RGBs and a certainly completely sustainable sourced stripe of wood slapped on the front for what All I care about in a case are three things: Cooling performance, noise, and ergonomics.

So LCDs are the new RGB Everyone needs to have them no matter how gawdy, expensive and impractical they are, they look great for the few images you take after you finally build your rig and then you immediately turn them off for day to day use because they just end up being annoying.

Personally I think they should just sell that case with the two rear exhaust fans, that way they could sell it for cheaper than with two 200mm fans, and also because we know many people are going to want to match those front fans with the rest of the fans that they buy for the case.

The immersion system makes me want to see LTT do a new Mineral oil PC. Mostly cause I'm interested to see if it would even be possible, like temperature wise with how hot a current CPU & 5090 would get in oil. Also how do you contain it & all that oil.
Also it's terribly messy.
