Hi Jeff - love your content - I've been inspired by a lot of your videos - quick question, especially on some of the older videos such as this one - are there any exercises or techniques that you used to advise which you've changed your thinking on more recently? E. g. chin-in dips. in some more recent videos, you talk about head up, so that your? clavical- I think? is pointing straight out as a better technique.
Many thanks

Yea I know. My friends ( mostly obese people) call me skinny and weak and scrawny. I'm thirteen, so of course my body is focused on mostly growing so I don't lift too heavy (I can curl about 25 pounds. But I play sports all the time and I'm outside and active. When I go over to their houses, all I do is play video games. My friends that I'm talking about have horrible posture. They have they're head forward and they slouch and everything.

I seem to gain lots of strength in my chest and my pecs get bigger, but they WONT shape up. They are always kid of just lumps. Do you think rotating higher reps lower weight every other week would help? I've been doing pyramids like 10, 8, 6, 4 with higher weight to gain strength (it works well for me) and sometimes I just do like 3x10. I have always been doing most of these exercises.

I appreciate all your videos sir, I am not going to lie since watching your videos I have had a change of heart. I watch many videos but your videos have added alot of intelligence to my mind for shaping the muscle's. Also I am in school studying to become a physical theripist. Keep them coming and I will continue to watch

Thanks! I don't get to the gym much because of school, so I do dips and push ups at home. Problem is that the top half of my chest is coming in nicely, but the bottom portion isn't. This is giving me the illusion of misshapen pecs. lol! I'm going to do this circuit this weekend. Thanks for the great advice!

Question: If youre doing a targeted chest workout, this decline circuit would tire you out, and not allow you to get to the rest of the chest. But you are obv still working chest so how would you space it out to allow rest in between without workiing out 7 times a week.

Great videos, thanks! One constructive comment: Please explain hand position and any twists that are demonstrated. For example, on the incline dumb-bell presses, the person demo'ing twists the dumb-bells at the top. Is this an oversight or exactly correct?

My typical chest routine is bench incline bench to decline bench and finish off with dumbbell presses and flies. Would you say replacing my presses and flies with this circuit would be beneficial or too much? Ideally looking for size and definition

I like the last few ones. I'm a female and I was looking for ways to streghthen my pecs without to much emphesis on the arms, I've already reached my visual goal on my arms and I honestly don't want to look any stronger there.
