3 Exercise Core Killer - No Crunch Core Workout Walter: Hey Jeff, I really appreciate your advice, you know your stuff. I enjoy listening to you explain the ins and out of being completely fit. Here-s my problem. When. I place an immovable object just shy of shoulder height at arms lengths in front of me and reach out with my left arm and push down on it with my fore finger my shoulder pops, this also happens when I use a cable or resistance bands attached at floor level and pull it up across my chest to the opposite shoulder. It doesn-t cause mean any real pain but under load it sometimes catches I have to release the tension slightly and then fallow through. The popping happens all the time in my left shoulder, once in awhile with my right. What do you think is causing this and what is the fix if any? I-m left handed and I-m 65 yrs old. So, I-m told it-s wear and tear and nothing can be done?

Hii, I am from India. I work as a professor of physics so I need to seat a lot to do study. Moreover my work place is about 80km far from my house and I have to travel for 6 hrs for d to and fro journey. I am skinny. My height 170cm, weight 56 kg, age 34. I have a big problem with my tummy and stubborn stomach fat. This video is very impressive but I feel that I need to work on d whole body as our belly stores d whole body's fat. And as we have lots of imp organs there it is very very difficult to burn d fat. Please advice me to get rid of it.
Thanks in advance.

First of all huge fan of your videos; they are very enlightening/motivating and have given me very useful exercises to add to my routine. So thank you for dedicating your time to guys like me who need advice in our journey to achieve the strength we are destined to have. I-ve got loads of questions, but for now I-ll shoot 2:
1. Do you use caffeine or any sort of preworkout?
2. Can I pair yoga endurance/balance/strength/flexibility training with weight training for the same muscle groups in the same day, or is that -overtraining? -

As a fellow overweight and europian, I can recommend HIIT.
Heavy Intense Intervall Training.
I've gone to the gym for four years now, getting loads os muscle and losing weight but not just enough to be satisfied.
Two months ago I tested the spartacus workout, this sounds geeky but it feels like it really works (the pain o the pain.
Only thing you need is yourself and a couple of dumbbells. Read about HIIT and then about the spartacus workout, videos are here on yt, see if you like it.

I'm 5-6 female who weighs 117 lbs. I'm apparently under weight and have a boyish body. I really want to pack muscle. I keep comparing both your Athlean-X for guys and women, I noticed that the male's version helps build heavy muscle. The women's version concentrates on the BUTT and LEGS which I love yet you would loose weight along the way. I really want to put on 10lbs of overall muscle and have thick legsl! Please, pretty please HELP! I want to try your program but I just can't decide.

Hey. Do you actually give one on one personal training? What vitamins are good to take other than omega 3? And is it good to workout twice in one day? And what helps recover muscles faster (as far as foods. Also how can you tell if you are overtraining, what are the signs of overtraining? For example, say i workout a muscle for an hour or so and then it is sore for the next four days. When i workout that muscle after i feel no soreness at all, it is stronger. Is that weird?

Nutrition and go by these videos he uploaded. First get your nutrition in order by eating right. He has some awesome nutrition videos to go by. Don't worry, I'm not downing you in any way. I'm much larger than you, but you beat me in height. Sad that I am 20yrs old, 5'6'' in height and 215 pounds. My stats are weak but gaining pretty fast. Well anyway, Jeff will help you to get buff. Just remember you will not be steroid buff, but a regular buff. Good luck to you.
