Even if his stuff is good, my guess is that he's trying to shove to much in our mouth -atleanx-. Explain, then at the end, put a link. If ppl are interested, they'll go and won't feel pushed. It's like those infomercial on the radio where they repeat 5 times the phone number, they just drive me nuts and I stop listening to the station altogether. His stuff is enough quality without having to repeat -because of atleanx- every 20 seconds. My 5 cents

the main thing that puts me off weight training and this scene is how self absorbed people are. Talking about their bodies so much and investing their life in physical appearance. Ill stick with the half marathons and intense pressups/ chin-ups and see where it goes. Muscle isolation training is baad but if you can lift your own weight plenty with ease you must be pretty damn proportioned and in shape.

Looks epic! I rate I would be able to make 8 minutes if those pullups were substituted with something else lol! I can crank out 10-12 pullups usually and when I'm tired I rest and can try do more in sets of descending amounts of reps: / like I might do 12-4-3 and the rest 1 or 2 reps which would take ages (maybe even up to 3 minutes) So there is no way I can make the 8 minutes: /

If you want the -BANE- Workout just do AX-2 with no burst training workouts lol and eat about twice what is recommended on the meal plan. I read an article saying that Tom Hardy built most of his muscle for the movie -Warrior- and packed on a little more mass for -Batman-, but mostly fat as opposed to muscle.

this is great cardio/ calisthenics. this WILL get you shredded, and your abs will be chiseled like a friggin statue. not to mention how healthy this is, you will be in GREAT shape if you do this 2-3 x per week (depending on how long your body takes to recover, you will have a nice strong heart and healthy lungs

jeff i was just in that position of quitting for the summer but this video as always gets me back to the gym I am looking for something outstandingly explosive! I'm gonna do this every other day until i get tired of it then im gonna go more intense then ill send you my what i did so you can record it!

Unbelievable workout I think it should be 31 minutes with 8 reps those exercises are crazy, I'm all for athlean x i am on athlean x 1 at the minute at week 7 and I love it but I don't think it prepares you for these types off workouts especially this one anyone else agree?

It's mostly just a target. If he said do it in 15 minutes, most people wouldn't push that hard and take the full 15 minutes. This way people will push and see how close they can get. At least that's how I take it!

i love atheal x i dont know why any one would hate it in less they cant do it lol it get all of the muscle groops and it got fat burning workout 2 ti es a week that are jut like this work out here shits crazzy

bane workout: 1) put on as little muscle as possible.
2) grab a plate (of food as supposed to a weight plate)
3) do bicep curls with it up to your face until the food disappears.
4) Do 20 sets of this
