I've spent a 1 year and a half tryna get abs with -ab excersizs-. Then tryna get skinny to find my abs. Now I have 6packs of useless muscles with a scronny body and it's just as hard to devolop my abs as when I was fat.
I can do these workouts but it makes no diffrence if I could. the secret. should be what u pay for when u get personal trainers and -programs- but it's optional.

This six pack abs guide -suza great plan- (Google it) is easy to follow. What makes this book unusual and unique is that it gives you different choices. Most books like this offer difficult to follow programs that the typical person can not stick to, this provide healthy sustainable methods to attain your 6 pack goals.

300 reps from the start or the video too the end I skip twisting pistons because I know I can't do 25 if those accurately at the moment but am working on it am coming from ten but u replace it with 50 knee too elbow 25 on each side

wow. I've really come to admire this guy out of all the other trainers lol and his hardcore, factual and is someone to look up too. Excellent work sir. I'll smile for you smile smile. haha dont think I've ever seen you smile.

I did it in 16: 39seconds, but when doing the pistons my toes were literally burning on each hop so on the last set I swapped out the pistons for mountain climbers because I couldn't take the burn it was horrible

not gonna build abs doing this bodyweight shit. abs are just like any other muscle, if u cant build biceps by just curling your arms all day, then the same concept applies. weighted ab training is required

Hey I have a few possibly easy questions
- why those exact exercises?
- why this order?
- why not just crunches?
- why not just leg raises + ab wheel rollout? Is it really better?

I've raised by legs doing
10 touches and crunches
And I've raised my upper body doing
Scissors
Total time 10min53.
EDIT: raised means not touching the ground during reps.

I have been working out a few years now, I don't feel sore the morning after ever no matter what I do. Any advice on how to fatigue my muscles more and to feel that soreness again
