How to Fix Muscle Imbalance (EQUALIZE YOUR SIZE) Yasir: I have developed a minor case of osteoarthritis on my left ankle, probably from an injury when I was a kid, that has restricted my movement of the left foot about the ankle. I have been working out for the past 3 or 4 months and I have started seeing the imbalance on my left calf. I am unable to fix the cause because of the permanent restriction of movement, so I have just decided to work out my left calf independently.
I don't know if what I'm doing is right, if anybody is seeing this and could give me some input it would be great.

My right arm is the dominant one and every time I do a workout my left arm never feels like it's burned out. I work it until I can't do anything anymore but it never feels like it got a workout, it's just tired for a few minutes. Like no matter what I do my right arm always gets the workout right and I can feel that workout pain in it but never in my left. it is the main reason why I give up on working out because I feel like it won't change. (And yes I tried to go with lighter weights for my left arm but it's just the same story)

So I like to workout but I also like to play video games and I end up sitting down and usually leaning to my left side. When I go running I usually feel my right leg is taking on more weight than my left leg and i usually feel tighter with a little pain after running on my right side more than my left side. How would I go about fixing this to where I can be more balanced and put weight on both sides more than one?
reply

I have a couple of inbalances.
1- My left trap is WAY bigger than my right one, it is probably due to my torticollis accident from 2019. Shoulder is higher too.
2- My right bicep goes out more than my left one.
3-My right tricep, while it looks the same in a mirror as my left, is noticably bigger than the left one.
4-My right pectoral is bigger than my left.
How do I fix all of these? (ASAP)

I have a larger left upper arm circumference than right, my right pec is larger than the left. I was thinking with barbell training that eventually it must level out, bench press for example as the weaker side would hold back progress until it had caught up. Is this likely or will the chest simply compensate for the arm more and more?

i was shot in the head last year on december 13 and i was about 135lbs then after 5 days in the hospital i checked out i was 103lbs now i-m 112lbs i-m gaining muscle little by little but my right arm is showing no progress idk if it-s cause of the nerve damage on my right side or i-m just idk i need some help y-all

I actually got impaled through my right forearm and ended up getting a little nerve damage in my hand not bad but I still have all my strength but due to a bad habit of always using my mostly using my left hand my right arm became incredibly weaker and now that I'm trying my hand at lifting

I am right-handed and my right lat is smaller and weaker than left one. I can't even feel it when contracting nearly as good as left one which looks decent. I tried one arm pull downs and stuff like that and I don't know if I should be consistent or I should just fix my posture

My left deltoid isn't as rounded as right one, and my left trapezium isn't as thick as it's right counterpart. It's not visible while I'm not flexing muscles, but I'm still bothered by this. Guess I should start doing some unilateral shrugs & dumbbell raises.

Even if i can lift more heavy weights with my right arm i dont know why my left arm is a lot more defined, i got the perfect bicep curve on my left arm and got none on my right arm, the difference is too big i dont know what to do---
