You have to look at the labels. I think -whole wheat- means that it has not been broken down at all, and -whole grain- means -this contains ingredients that have been minimally processed, but some that have been processed to hell. - I've seen -whole grain- pasta that then reads -Made with 51% whole grain. - What's the other 49%? Whole Wheat means the ingredients are unrefined, I think. I always opt for whole wheat over whole grain due to now knowing how much grain we're getting

I sprinkle rosemary, thyme, ground pepper corn, with a little garlic and sea salt over my chicken. If I'm baking, I'll lightly oil the pan or dish with olive oil and use fresh herbs. If I'm grilling, I'll use dried herbs.
Sometimes I'll throw the chicken onto some pasta and plain spaghetti sauce with a little mozzarella cheese. Sometimes, I'll just eat the chicken with a small potato or rice with some veggies and a piece of fruit.

It can, if you eat it in crazy amounts. Eating a can of tuna a day shouldn't hurt you, women, however, should not; they're more susceptible to mercury poison, something to do with giving birth, period etc. They should eat tuna once or twice a week at max. Look it up on google; i might have got something wrong, but this is pretty much point on.

Jeff, I smoked for about a year and a half, I quit smoking a while ago, more than 6 months ago, but is that going to have any lasting affect on my ability to build muscle? What about my ability to lose fat, I'm following some plans i've set for myself and i've seen some improvement, but I just worry i might hit a wall because of it.

-Ltspe1rs You do need fats in your diet when you bulk, but not the unhealthy kinds, because those can increase cholestorol, clog arteries, and increase risk of disease. That's why he's going with light. You do want to get more of your healthy fats from avocados, olives, nuts, and fish. Those are good for your heart and cholesterol.

Hi Jeff, I've heard that the cans that the tuna is stored in contains a substance that in high doses can be really unhealthy for you and actually lead to sterility! What do you think off this?
Awesome and very helpful video btw!

No bread, forget bread and sugar if you want to have a pack of 6. Forget pasta or pizza too. Avoid protein that come with sugar. Eliminate completely sugar or sweeteners. Unless you want to be a mass body builder with a belly!

I'm always weary of frozen chicken. Normally it's pumped full of water and then shrinks when you cook it. Can anyone recommend good quality frozen chicken in the UK that doesn't do this as it would be the most convenient way?
