Follow along to this 10 minute tricep workout at home with dumbbells. The triceps make up approx 2/3rds of your entire arm muscles! So developing your triceps really add shape and definition to your arms but also aid with so many movements when training and are an important body part to not incorporate at LEAST once per week! The exercises today are focused on the triceps with different movements all involving a pair of dumbbells. The 5 exercises are performed for 45 seconds each followed with 15 seconds rest before moving onto the next movement. We repeat this all again bringing us up to the 10 minute mark. I have also included a finisher if you fancy an extra challenge. 30 seconds of diamond triceps push ups! These can be performed no knees or off! Kickbacks Overhead extension Tricep press Skull crushers Chest press For your reference, I-m using 2 x 6kg dumbbells!

I LOVED THIS SO MUCH! My tricep muscles are non-existent but I-ve recently lost a lot of weight (40 lbs, still going) and have some loose skin in that area so I need to start working on them and this was so amazing. I rewound the video a little and tried to do 3 sets instead of 2 but I could only do a few reps of each the 3rd time, my arms are on fire but it feels so good!

while laying your back on the floor you made mistake you should lean your shoulders upward a little bit before your elbows joints reach max rotate in triceps lifting because you need to keep the weight pushing hard even after your armors fully extended it feels very good the pain in the triceps hopefully you like it because if you dont then you can't keep working out

I've lost 12+ kgs recently and counting. I have loose skin on my arms. This workout will help on my triceps. I'm so excited. I'm planning to do this 2x a day. Bye bye bat wings -
Ps. Her arms are ripped but seeing her taking rests makes me feel better about myself. I know it's cruel but. -

I-ve been doing this workout for a few days, it is not as easy as it looks - I wanted to ask if I will get bulky arms because I just want to tone my triceps. I-m on a high fat, low carb diet.

When you just start laughing uncontrollably because you can't even hold yourself in the diamond push up from being so fatigued lol! Amazing workout!

I struggle too much with 6 kg dumbells, may I use lighter weight and do more repetitions? I'll be very grateful for any suggestions! Thank you so much
