Full body, high intensity, no repeat dumbbell HIIT workout with weights using lighter dumbbells only 15 minutes! We will get the heart rate up, build muscle and improve overall fitness level! Every exercise is performed for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest, then onto the next! Squat to press Lunge w/lateral raise Lunge w/lateral raise Romanian to rear fly Squat to curl Plank to thruster Snatch Snatch Side lunge to upright row Side lunge to upright row Tricep press w/ leg lower hold Flyes w/ leg lowers Sit up to driving car Plank to side raise Plank to side raise Rest for 30 seconds then. FINISHER - 30 seconds burpees! As many as you can. burpee with upright plank instead of push-up or chest to floor. This will just finish off your workout! I would always suggest at least one higher intensity workout (HIIT) per week be incorporated into your training, whether it be burpee session, dumbbell workouts, sprints etc!

Loved this! What a bunch of fun combinations! Loved the lateral lunge to upright row, squat to curl, snatches (always-, tricep press with leg hold, sit up to drive car. they are just all great. Perfect for my add-on to Epic Heat today. I think next time I will increase the work time to 40/20 or 45/15 to up the difficulty and increase the fun so I can do the moves longer--! Thanks Caroline.

Did this today with 10lbs dumbbells! Didn't have enough energy today to do the EPIC HEAT or anything else intense so I picked this one, and I am REALLY REALLLY happy that I still got a little workout in my day today instead of completely skipping a day and had NOTHING! Thanks for this training Caroline!

Completed after the PARADOX leg day workout in EPIC Heat; I used 5kg dumbbells.
This was much tamer than all the other HIIT workouts I've done, but then that's probably for the best as I'll need every ounce of willpower I can muster for EMOM on Sunday.

This was great! Added a couple of hip thrusts in between the fly and the press, and something else in between at the beginning to make it more difficult. This is overall a GREAT BEGINNER HIIT workout and really gets you breathing and sweating. Thanks!

I started doing this workout as my fasted cardio 5 days a week. This gets my blood flowing and sweat dripping faster than the elliptical. Love it!

Love this workout, short and intense, loved the combination exercises. when the music is too loud I do get a headache. thank you Caroline

Great workout thank you! I did high knees or squat jumps or mountain climbers in the 30sec rest for an even higher intensity workout.

This is my go to workout. Perfect duration and rest time. Also love that there's not too many squat exercises. they kill me -
