30 Min EXPLOSIVE FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT at Home - No Equipment - Caroline Girvan

30 minutes only? Yes! 30 minutes and I can almost guarantee you won-t be doing anymore training after this full body workout! This high intensity (full body HIIT workout at home) will test you mentally and physically! This workout will require strength, balance, body co-ordination and a lot of explosive power and adapting to go from one exercise straight to another! A HIIT workout will turn your body into a fat burning machine for long after you have finished so is a great workout to incorporate into your routine! This bodyweight workout consists of 3 parts focalising on lower body, upper body and core & abs. You will perform 3 exercises in each part during 1 minute and continue for 10 sets (10 minutes in total) before moving onto the next part. the quicker you finish, the more rest you will have! - Below I have the exercises in each part that they will be performed. Ten sets per part! LOWER BODY Burpees x 10 Alternating lunge jumps x 20 Squats x 10 UPPER BODY Push up burpees x 10 Close position push ups x 5 Shoulder taps x 10 CORE & ABS Reverse crunch X 10 Crunch x 10 Toe reaches x 20 This is an awesome workout to really push your limits! -You will just need a mat, a bottle of water and maybe a towel (--! -If you are new to HIIT, or if after the first set you aren-t getting enough rest, simply reduce the alternating lunge jumps to x 10 reps in the lower body part, the push up burpees to x 5 in the upper body section and/or toe reaches to x 10 reps! -If you regularly participate in HIIT and are feeling up for challenge, try to complete as on screen! -Perform on knees for push ups if needed. -If prefer not to jump, simply leave out jump at top of burpees and perform static lunges instead of jumping lunges (you will certainly get a great leg workout) Listen to your body the entire time and please ensure you do this at your own pace

I do not know why I felt like doing a HIIT today and I choose this one. this choice could not have been better if I wanted to DIE! I could follow all the reps during the first round but I had to drop to 7 push up burpees in the second one, 10 push up burpees was far too HARD for me to follow along - in the given time. I also had to take a break in between the first round and the second one, it was too hard to enter the second round without taking a break. Caroline, are you some kind of TERMINATOR? -

Thanks for a killer workout Caroline, needed this burn badly, by far this is hardest cardio HIIT videos of yours, took few breaks as I was out of breath badly and needed those, but got through, love the heat and burn in the body, sweat is dripping all over, love ya: )

Wow, I've crushed every workout I've done of yours so far but this was the most challenging by far, I had modify numbers of reps but I never got a break for the entire 30 mins, you're seriously so incredibly fit and strong and inspiring!

This workout is insanity! Just when I think I am fit. Caroline proves me wrong! I did it in about 40 minutes! So challenging, but I feel so good that i finished! I need to step up my cardio now lol! Thank you Caroline! You are amazing!

Good airflow outside this morning. Started w 3 layers, 10 min later. 1 layer. left. This. felt. soooo good.

I was about to quit after 2 minutes but i kept going and I completed the whole workout in 40 minutes. I will try it again to challenge my body more.

Cannot help but feel extremely guilty for taking too much and too many breaks in between and only doing 15/16 jumping lunges -

Revisit that workout a year later. I remember the pain! These workouts are what made me a fan Caroline! Take no prisoners!
