This is a no repeat arm and shoulder workout at home using only a pair of dumbbells and a mat! We will hit shoulders, the biceps and triceps lifting and lowering with control to really tighten the arms, help build shape to upper body and increase strength. I am using 2 x 8kg for your reference! With this upper body dumbbell workout, I do want to highlight afew key points as these are important to safety and also doing the exercise correct! - KEEP KNEES SOFT WHEN PERFORMING STANDING EXERCISES - TRY TO KEEP ELBOWS LOCKED INTO YOUR SIDES WHEN PERFORMING CURLS -KEEP CORE TIGHT THROUGHOUT! The exercises are performed for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between to get ready for next exercise! SHOULDER PRESS HAMMER CURL TRICEP PRESS LATERAL RAISES WIDE CURLS DIAMOND PRESS FRONTAL RAISES ALTERNATING CURLS SKULL CRUSHERS SINGLE ARM PRESS SINGLE ARM PRESS TRICEP KICKBACK TRICEP KICKBACK DRAG CURL LATERAL TO FRONTALS (FINISHER)

I'm so happy I found you today. I love the fact that you get on with the excersizes and don't talk the whole way through. Really easy to follow. Hopefully now I'll be able to get rid of my 54 year old bat wings: ) I totally agree about the scale and eating habits. I lost 17 kg's since May last year just by eating differently, walking and excersize. Thanks

This is my first ever Caroline workout. I am so intimidated by her. I don-t like working my upper body for more than 15-20 mins. I found this video and decided to immediately do it. Loved every bit of this. It-s the best upper body workout for me. Simple moves that works the upper body so effectively

I just wanted to say -Thank you'. I love your workout videos. Your smile and kind ways are contagious. I really appreciate the shorter videos that are target specific. My main focus are arms and abs. And as a busy mom and being self employed, I can still get a 15 min work out in. Thank you so much!

I had RNY surgery on 2/16/22. I know I am going to have some loose skin but I have been doing this workout at least three mornings a week. Thank you so much for the simplicity of it. As my muscles come back to life, I will move onto other videos of yours. Thanks again.

I love short arm exercises. My arms are what I like to work out the least. This video does the job in less time. I loved the second to last workout. I had never done that one before. I definitely felt the burn -

Would you consider doing a complete video of dumbbell exercises on the floor. I love your videos so much, but getting up and down off the floor makes me dizzy.

I LOVE this workout! I'm a petite lady - started from 3lbs now up to 5lbs. After a month of doing this workout, my arms look nice and toned.

This was such an amazing workout! Being at school lifting 12 lb weights to this was such a burner! I definitely enjoyed this one!
