15 Min LEG WORKOUT WITH DUMBBELLS - at Home Dumbbell Leg Workout - Caroline Girvan

This at home leg workout with dumbbells is just over 15 minutes in total and will totally work your entire lower body! Your quads, hamstrings, glutes and core will be tested! Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest for 3 sets before we move onto the next. There are 5 exercises plus burnout sumo deadlift squats at the end! For your reference, I am using 1 x 25kg dumbbells, so you can use 1 dumbbell or 2 of course to increase weight depending on what you may have at home. If you have access to only lighter weights than you may like, simply do more reps per 40 seconds! And even don-t bring hips fully in at top of squats-, this will definitely intensify it! Keep shoulder blades together entire time and chest open. Even though this is a dumbbell leg workout as demonstrated, you can use kettlebells or filled water bottles! I have elevated my heels for the high squats, however this is optional. It will simply require more from your quads! HIGH SQUATS (heels elevation optional) SUMO SQUATS PLI- SQUATS SUMO DEADLIFT SQUAT ROMANIAN DEADLIFT To finish: 40 seconds burn out - Sumo deadlift squat with no hips in at top of movement! Drop to bodyweight when you can-t do any more!

Your workouts are not the kind to dread tuning in to. I love the setup, workouts and your outfits. Another absolutely phenomenal workout. This didn't feel overly challenging while at it, despite my heart rate climbing - but now that it's all over I really feel it! I pick a different video of yours 3 or 4 days a week. I've never felt this strong, and I've never enjoyed workouts this much.

your workouts are crazy, in a span of one day i haven-t felt much pain from the exercises, but my legs feel numb after the workouts. i-ve been doing body weight leg workouts for ages now and i definetly think i-m gonna start trying your workouts now

I have a question, what is the difference between the sumo squat and sumo deadlift? What I am I doing wrong? they seem the same to me. Side note: Ive challenged myself to do this routine 6 days a week for the month of August.

I have been doing a workout every week day morning for about a month but I have pulled my Achilles- tendon and it-s quite swollen. It-s been bad for a few weeks. Is there anything in particular in the video that I should avoid?

Thanks for the workout Caroline. I found this one a bit repetitive. I use my phone for these and I would like to be able to see and use the tips you provide but they are too small. Any chance they could be in larger print?

I love this lower body workout. I use 15 lbs and man does it give you a burn by the end of the workout I'm done. Thank you for this workout I'm glad I found it.

I love your workouts but due to arthritis I can-t use my knees at all except for walking. Do you have Exercises for the legs and abs without using ones knees?

Absolutely love this and couldn't walk normally for a day so i figured to make another go at it! Hopefully, i will still be standing afterwards.
