A complete upper body resistance band workout! This workout will target the shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps to make this a great upper body workout to maybe do once/twice per week depending on other training! You will need a long band, there are many bands with different resistance so try to play about with positions to gain the next resistance so it is difficult but also that you can perform full range of motion. When performing the push ups, it is the top part of the push up that really where the extra work from band occurs (as you will surely see me struggling to gain extension of arms at top! So really push up as high as possible to really gain the benefit of this resistance band chest workout! Make sure to challenge yourself by moving hands down to increase resistance as much as you can! It will be then a very difficult workout! - Biceps and back are targeted also so make sure to keep elbows in when curling and flat back and full range of motion as much as possible as this is also a resistance band back workout! We have 10 exercises, both compound and isolating to work through for 45 seconds each, 15 seconds to get ready for next exercise. We then repeat to bring us to 2 minutes in total! SHOULDER PRESS PALMS FACING PRESS FRONTAL RAISE BENT OVER ROW SUPINE ROW (palms facing away) BICEP CURLS UPRIGHT ROW REAR DELT SQUEEZE PUSH UPS (or lying chest press) TRICEP PUSH UPS (or tricep press) This is definitely a resistance band arm workout also so it is up to you do make this as challenging as possible! Definitely make it so! ---- Enjoy!

Hi Caroline, I love your resistance band workouts! I stared this week and I've followed a different resistance band workout of you everyday. I was wondering if you could reccommend a week schedule with the bands?
I've come up with:
Monday: Upper body
Tuesday: Glutes Booty
Wednesday: Legs workout
Thursday: Back & biceps
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Abs & glutes
Sunday: Rest day
But you have so much more! I don't know which ones to choose.
Can you please help?
ps. I'm a mom of a one year old son, wanting to get back in shape and loose the babyweight (25 kg.

It was a great workout! However for me personally, the breaks you were taking seemed really performative and discouraging. Girl i have no upper body strength and took way less breaks, so to see you with muscles struggling more than me was weird. Also seeing the breaks in the examples was unnecessary. Idk didnt seem real, but i get you were trying to be relatable, just didnt make me want to really push harder and ended up being a little annoyed. Just constructive criticism based on my experience.

It was adorable to watch you react to the BURN, which was intense but definitely encouraging. Doesnt make you as a viewer feel weak which usually tends to happen. Thank you for this smasher of a workout, upper body cries but thanks you.

Wow I underestimated this workout. The short rest made it extra challenging. I did not have a resistance band so I used weights. My weights varied depending on the exercise. I use 10 15 17. 5 20 & 25 lbs.

Thanks for these vidoes, they have given me the confidence to try something I would have left well alone. I'm really new to all this at 64 I'm starting on a red band and planning to work my way up slowly.

This is hand-down one of the best upper body total workouts. If done correctly, the results are seen. Sometimes I add ab lifts starting in the same position as the rowing pulls. Thanks!

I've done this workout almost once a week to break up my dumbbell workouts, and it's still amazing! Perfect for a 20 minute break at work. Feels great. Thanks Caroline
