Complete lower body and biceps workout. dumbbells ready to go! Glutes, hamstrings, quads, core and of course biceps will be working hard throughout this dumbbell workout! You will also need a mat. I am using 2 different weights but this is not necessary! The Dumbbells I am using are 8kg x 2 and 10kg x 2 for your reference! As you will see below, the workout consists of 2 complexes for lower body (1 with 2 dumbbells and the other with 1 dumbbell. The second complex requires to switch sides after all 4 exercises have been completed! COMPLEX (10 minutes everything 10 reps) DEAD STOP LUNGE DEAD STOP LUNGE CURTSEY LUNGE CURTSEY LUNGE ROMANIAN DEADLIFT 30 rest 30 on/30 off ALTERNATING CURLS ALTERNATING CURLS REVERSE LOWER CURLS REVERSE LOWER CURLS HAMMER CURLS HAMMER CURLS CROSS BODY CURLS CROSS BODY CURLS WIDE CURLS WIDE CURLS 30 rest COMPLEX (10 minutes everything 10 reps) Repeat all opp side UNEVEN LUNGE CURTSEY LUNGE STAGGERED RDL UNEVEN SQUAT UNEVEN LUNGE CURTSEY LUNGE STAGGERED RDL UNEVEN SQUAT 30 rest PALMS UP CURLS PALMS UP CURLS ALT HAMMER CURL x 2 W/HOLD ALT HAMMER CURL x 2 W/HOLD CURL HOLD CURL HOLD CURL TO EXTERNAL ROTATE CURL TO EXTERNAL ROTATE 1 minute SUMO TO HAND TAP SQUAT WALK SQUAT ON TOES HAMSTRING MARCH HAMSTRING DEAD STOP Finisher: ROMANIAN TO CURL TO SQUAT! 1 min Remember to take it slow. particularly the complexes and curls. it will make it more challenging if you control the movements! Some general tips for this workout: --Place mat under when performing dead stop lunges. Lower slowly to dead stop lunge to prevent any impact to knees when they make contact to mat. --During bodyweight sumo to hand tap, keep back flat so you touch hands to floor in a Romanian deadlift position!

Hi Caroline. I'm 62 years old and live in Toronto, Canada. You have been my inspiration since January 2021. You have given me something to look forward to during this pandemic by inspiring me to do my very best and, as a result, I have gotten stronger and healthier. I completed the Epic 1 program once and now I'm on my second round with heavier weights. Once I complete Epic 1 again, I will move onto Epic 2. I'm so happy I found you. :)

Dang. Im so exhausted. I also did like two hours of gardening today but still. The past two nights I've woken up everytime completely shattered. Since I have a one year old I wake up many times at night, but the past three workouts I've upped my weights. I almsot gave up. If it wasnt for the programme I would have skipped today. Thank you. I do feel EPIC right now.

Day 33 down. It seemed I got my second wind by the 2nd 10 minute round. By the third round, I started alternating sides after 5 reps because I knew I wasn-t going to get a fourth round in. Worked out well. Great workout. Love the lateral bicep move the most. Got into the fat burn zone that time.

I confused the dumbbells at first and did the whole first complex with heavier ones. When we got to the arm section, I was like, wait, it doesn't make any sense. Where will we use the lighter ones then? Scrolled through the video and was like Oops. It was a great challenge though-

This was one of those where right in second set of legs i started sweating like I was in the shower. omg! I found the bicep workouts a great go to/ break. lol this was a great compliment to 32, I am gonna attempt a CG cardio workout on my rest day

As tough as it was, I always feel so capable after our sessions together, Caroline. And I'm taking that confidence into an exam this morning: )

Sadly I realize again and again that I need heavier weights! I still use the pair of my 3 kg dumbbells, but I need more to struggle. Yesterday's shoulder workout hurt, but this one didn't. I will do some more exercise to make up for this.

Did anybody walk the whole 1 minute? I rested like. 5 times!
And the -curl external rotate- is actually curl and X meaning NO rotate for me. But I finished! -

That reminder of the 30min cardio is like teachers homework, it-s not compulsory but you know you-d be in trouble if you don-t do it-
