Hello Guys! My current situation is that I'm about to finish EPIC II, and since I missed 5 Workouts from EPIC I, I decided to get all of them done before Christmas. So this was one I still had to do and I was a little scared reading the comments. Since I was also on my period, I decided to go a little lighter with the weights (6kg, normally would have taken 8-10kg) and give it a try. Suprisingly, I got everything done quite well. It was still challenging, but I also had lots of fun and felt super strong, especially doing all those Staple with 3-4 Reps per Set and good form. With this I don't wanna brag, but I want to show, that following Carolines Workouts, really makes you a lot stronger. I was going to the gym before that for some years, but Carolines Program helped me to be more consistent, and brought me on a higher level, that I thought I would have never accomplished (hello diamond push ups. So stick with her, she is literally the BEST Trainer you can get. Especially to the girls and womens: You can do it!

I had to stop twice for 5 minutes during this one at 33 and 48 percent because I was feeling I was going to puke -. I didn't have a proper -hard- chair and maybe that contributed to it because my plushy sofa improvisation made me feel unstable while having my head below my center of gravity. But I did finish the workout and now I'm proud of myself. - I will not give up until I'm done with the whole program because I can feel the muscles from my upper body for the first time in my life, and now I can lift 20 kg with ease. - I also have car sickness and rollercoasters are a no-go for me. What I learned from this session (and it's a good thing) is how to make me feel sick without being in a car or on a rollercoaster. I know that if I get into that state I will learn to control it sooner or later. Thank you Caroline -

FINALLY! I DID IT- I reached this point months ago, but I couldn't figure out how to do the staple, the most important part of this workout in my room, and also, I found it soo hard, that I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I was intimidated.
So, as procrastination I did the '24 day Christmas', and the last 3 weeks of the 'EPIC Endgame' programme, and other workouts [the best type of procrastination at least hehe].
And after months, thanks to God, I did it. I actually prayed for this -
I feel amazing! I needed to get stronger for this.

I looked at the comments the day before yesterday. I knew it was going to be a challenge. But I'm so happy I could do so many push ups. I didn't last long with one leg, but That's ok. I did most with both legs. I Aldi didn't have to modify as much as I thought I would. So I'm pleased. But when hubby came up with our 13 months old who really needed his mom I was OK that I missed the finisher. Bc that looked insane - I didn't get to stretch and I definitely feel that right now in the evening

There was a moment when I almost felt like crying - so difficult was it! But I continued pushing and managed to do it to the end! Because I know that your workouts are effective and I trust you with it, as I see the results of the previous 33 days clearly in the mirror and I know that it's worth it! Yup. I had to modify the best way I could. How do you modify those Bulgarian lunges with a push up? For the life of me I just can-t do them. So I just did the lunge with a plank hold vs a push-up. Hmmmm I don-t know which move I hate more burpees or those Bulgarian lunge push up. I am thinking I like burpees more. This was a good one, time flew by.

I really enjoyed the challenge Caroline although I had to make a lot of stops during the staple exercise because I found iT hard to transition from the lunges to the push-up faster. I am getting stronger and I don-t even shake while doing lunges anymore and I can also see my legs looking better. Thank you so much -

Lost my motivation after the first two minutes and couldn't recover. This one is really tough. Some exercises were too complicated and too hard for me. I have no idea how many people can do a pistol squat. I like those sessions that follow 'less is more' where yo can focus on your technique and clean movement.

Lots and lots of modifications. BUT I tried each piece of the bulgarian to push up on its own through the workout and by the end I could do the full move. Never thought I'd be so excited to finish just two reps in an interval!
