This is surprisingly easy except for all the squat part. My knees. Help. I tried to be as quickly as her but my knees were screaming at me. Idk how she did like 10 squats in 10s while I was only able to do 3 in 10s - girl how strong are your joints

Anyone else getting serious 5-minute crafts vibes from the music? - loved this workout though! I'm not a fan of repetition in cardio workouts, so I appreciate the whole workout being varied from start to finish.

I just wish the abdominal exercises were dispersed separately throughout the workout. It's tough to do them in a row, especially when I'm tired at the end. Love the smiles!

Dislike. My knees exploded. This is more like a knee workout. Just imagine doing ur sets of sets of squats with my 250 lbs body is how much pain.

Is this better than doing like treadmill for cardio and do u do cardio before your weights or after I had my fifth baby 5 months ago

My heart beats a little faster and my finger shakes right before pressing the PLAY button of a CG Cardio. I do it anyways
