Brilliant. Just did this. Nice and quick to get me back into exercise and with a busy schedule. The video is simple, clean and easy to follow. This is such an awesome workout. One of those I keep going back to. It is so challenging and I'm only doing it with 13kgs. I don't know how a small person like Caroline can lift 25kgs. Today I did the 30 second Deadlift and Row with 18. 5kgs. This is not a stroll in the park. Simple but so effective.

Can you do more short weight lifting bursts like this? I have such a busy schedule but enjoy strength training just can-t dedicate more than 10-15 min a day with my cardio routine work family pets etc. This was perfect! Thank you!

I can't do a single proper lunge, my legs/thighs give out and it's painful.
