Join me for 20 variations of plank! A strong core can-t be underestimated. all of those squat to press, single leg balancing, lifting and lowering all require a solid core to allow for safety, correct technique and progression! All you will need for this core workout is a mat! Perfect for those active rest days or anytime you fancy a core tightening routine! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, with 5 seconds to look at screen abs get into position! This is a simple yet effective follow along workout to test your core strength, stability and alignment! Try to relax and focus on maintaining a long body during the plank. Keep shoulders away from ears, shoulder blades not too close or far part, quads tight and breath! WOW! What a fantastic workout this is! I love it! More plank workouts like these please-. the push-up variations are fabulous. You hit the entire body front to back doing the push-up. The high plank for me is a lot more difficult to do especially, since I-m overweight and menopausal but the low plank is what I like and can do. I can do the low plank much much better than the high one. Do you think one is better than the either? Your are so amazing, beautiful and ripped to the core! Thank you for all of your free workouts!

I just did this video as an add on after doing the Upper Body workout from the Circuit Series. Perfect way to finish a workout session! My shoulders were pretty much dead from the shoulder presses so those planks really killed me! Thanks for incorparating original exercices in all of your workouts, love doing an exercice I'm not used to. Those Plank Hover Donkey Lifts really make you feel every muscle in your body. I haven't done this one in a long time and I do not know why-! It is still so amazing! I have definitely gotten so much stronger since the last I've I did this one. My core was able to manage much better as well as my shoulders. tho my shoulder were still on total fire by the end! Haha! I'll be doing this one more frequently. always so nice to do a lot of plank work.

Hi, I have completed Epic and now doing Epic 2. I am trying to figure out your weekly routine meaning in a five day period is it legs, arms, back, and 2 cardio/ full body? Also do you do abs everyday?

A year ago I couldn-t do plank exercise for even 4 minutes. Now I can get through this plank variation exercise! Caroline Girvan, you are power!
