That one was tough! But such a great workout. I'm 45 years old and I've never been stronger in my life. I've never stuck to an exercise program, but this one has helped me feel better and stronger. I also can SEE the difference in my body, which is a motivator. My 18 year old stopped to talk to me during a workout and said, -wow mom, you look strong! - Best compliment ever. I may curse at you Caroline and tell you you are crazy multiple times during a workout, but I really do enjoy these!

Just started this EPIC challenge and this is my fave workout so far! I love how it feels like cardio, and has me drenched! I had to split the workout into two days but its still great. I just kept thinking -This girl is crazy- in the highest regard haha. you're epic, Caroline! An inspiration!

I started doing the workouts with Caroline almost 1 year ago, and I'm so glad to see some real progress! I've never been able to do full push-ups, but now I enjoy it! - Hoping to run my first ever 10k in two months, I'm confident I can do it! Thank you for the great workout programs!

Done - I almost didn't finish because I was feeling extra tired today. Stopped at 45%, cleaned up my dumbbells, laid on my bed, then about 15 minutes later decided that it's better to finish poorly, at least I I tried and made an effort, than to give up midway and regret it later.

Honestly I have not dripped sweat like that in quite awhile, right from the beginning! I almost wanted to cry seeing squat swings and swings come up towards the last part of the workout. But, I pushed through. Once again thanks Caroline!

Holy heavy Batman! This was a killer! I never wanna swing a dumbbell again LOL! It was fun and went fast! The only thing getting me thru this was knowing I get a rest day tomorrow.

The swing to squats as a staple. shoo. I'm just glad the stretching was like hugging myself! I needed it after that workout. I love the challenge that you bring to each workout.

I was in a bit of a rush to catch a plane for work, but I managed to squeeze this workout in the morning of my busy day- so glad I did it was an amazing way to get me going!

Incredible workout, thank you! I am soaked in sweat, it was hard but fun. Time goes by fast even if it is an hour because it is so many different exercises. Love it! --

Hhhhh did it in two days first time got to 30% and drop out second time finished but with a 1 min break
