TANGIBLE Triceps and Delts Workout / Strength - EPIC Heat - Day 16 - Caroline Girvan

30 minutes to strengthen the shoulders and triceps, with focus on the side delts using dumbbells & bodyweight! For this shoulder & tricep workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, mat and a chair for bodyweight dips! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8kg each! There is a staple pair of exercises; bodyweight dips followed by a tricep specific exercise! During the dips, extending the feet away will increase the difficulty and bring the feet in closer to body to reduce the bodyweight on the triceps! We finish with a combination of push ups & lateral raises just to burn out! The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest! LATERAL RAISES LATERAL RAISES LATERAL RAISES SHOULDER PRESS SHOULDER PRESS SHOULDER PRESS DIPS KICKBACKS HAMMER PUSH PRESS HAMMER PUSH PRESS HAMMER PUSH PRESS ALTERNATING 90- LATERAL RAISE ALTERNATING 90- LATERAL RAISE ALTERNATING 90- LATERAL RAISE DIPS DIAMOND / TRICEP PUSH UPS ALTERNATING LATERAL RAISES ALTERNATING LATERAL RAISES ALTERNATING LATERAL RAISES PARTIAL LATERAL RAISES PARTIAL LATERAL RAISES PARTIAL LATERAL RAISES DIPS TRICEP PRESS FACEPULLS FACEPULLS FACEPULLS SKULLCRUSHER SKULLCRUSHER SKULLCRUSHER DIPS Finisher: PIKE PUSH UPS (30 seconds) TRICEP PUSH UPS (30 seconds) PIKE PUSH UPS (30 seconds) LATERAL RAISES (10 seconds) PARTIALS (10 seconds) LATERAL RAISES (10 seconds) There will be some tips on some of the exercises as we go through the workout to help just remind you to focus on each movement, to train safe, and also to increase the difficulty as it is more challenging to control the weights! The slower you make the lowering portion, the more intense! Shoulders & triceps is a great combination to incorporate into a workout and I-m sure you will feel this intensity!

How is it that Caroline makes us genuinely like and admire her SO MUCH? I think that's what pushes me to the end of each work out no matter how hard it is! Does it make sense if I say that that I knew I WOULD finish today's workout, but I didn't think I could? This is one of the first workouts that 1/4 of the way through I was wondering if I'd even be able to lift my arms for the next few days?

It was tough! I didn't feel like working out today but working out makes me feel alive so I did this. Epic heat is really short and intense! I hadn't eaten up my snacks and I am all hungry but managed to finished this one nevertheless! Thank you so much Caroline! I had to comment all the time so when I stopped I know where to continue. -

Do you have a recommendation for a dips alternative? I've got a trick shoulder on one side (mild separation from too many years of carrying too heavy babies and toddlers on that side) and cannot do dips without pain in my front shoulder and rotator cuff

On my week 4 and I couldn't be happier! I even look forward to my Sunday workout and that was totally not a thing for me before CG! - I can now do triceps dips! ------ thank you girl! -

Actually I'm not in a good mood to do anything even my favourite part of workout today.
But my body just -Let's do it- then here I am right now, finished today's workout-

I could not do diamond chest push up: ( but i hope in the upcoming workouts i can. I didnt workout for 5 days due to period now i felt weak today; '(

PMS-ing and still did this. Though I feeling lethargic and weaker, at least I've done it and given my best - thanks CG for challenging us---

I chose 6kg for each arm and it was too much. Skull Crushers were killing me so I had to grab 3kg instead. My triceps are KO ---
