Caroline pls tell me how often I should do this type of HIIT exercise. I used to do 3 times a day for 3 years. And for last 3 to 4 months I have been suffering from pain in my joints like knee and ankle. But I enjoy these hiit exercises because every minute there is different exercise we have to perform so this is not monotonous like running and cycling. pls tell me your suggestion.

This should be re-name the burpee workout. More than half of the exercises were a version of a burpee. I love burpees-maybe not as much as Caroline, though.
