Let-s get sweaty! This is a fun, cardio workout- and I do actually mean that I think it was really fun! Using primarily trisets and our bodyweight to increase our heart rate, move to feel great and finish feeling accomplished! All you will need is your entire body warmed up, your mat and a bottle of water! The timer will be on for 30 seconds per exercise, with 3 exercises combining to make each triset with one set being a superset with same timer of 30/30! I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS! This winter I wasnt losing any weight, was tired, and I'm usually fit and energized, when I found you and started working out with you, I started losing weight and feeling healthy again after this long winter lull. Love it! Thank you! Keep up the great work!

I did this workout this morning and loved it! I did get a bit confused though as the 2nd set of walkouts appear to have been skipped - I thought I was so engrossed in the deadstop push-ups I-d missed the beep to change so had to re-watch, definitely no 2nd round

And my lower Body is still done. I REALLY appreciate the focus you insist on quality over quantity and visualization! And now you've dropped the IRON series I want to add that however my legs are toast - -

Caroline I was 10 behind for the 100 star jump finisher, tried to keep up the best I could whilst maintaining the correct form, I was happy. Enjoyed this workout made break to be bodyweight only. Thank you

I just gotta say.
The music after the finisher is over, I have no idea what the lyrics are actually, but all I hear is -He offered me an ice cream- and I just really want some ice cream now okay

Usually cardio and hiit days are my least favourite, but today's workout was so fun and changing it just flew by! Thank you Caroline!
