Getting stronger and stronger! Love that for me many workout are a new type of -exhaustion- as I usually did a lot of HIIT and cardio. I sweat way less but feel more -pleasantly exhausted- if you can put it that way. Thank you so much, Carolin, I can't believe you are just providing these amazing and well combined workouts for free!

Started this program to kickstart a lifestyle change to eat better and move everyday. your workouts have quickly become one of my favourite parts of my day! I seriously struggled in the beginning but I am feeling stronger and stronger as the weeks go by! Thank you Caroline! You are awsome!

I reduced the weight substantially - 5lbs and 10lbs - and still struggled to do all the reps. I'm having so much fun doing these workouts, and I've stuck with this longer than any workout program I've ever done. I like the mental/physical struggle combo. Thanks Caroline!

OMG my first ever C. G workout and I loved it. I was actually really surprised by how quickly the time flew by. Kept the weights fairly light 2kg & 3kg. Looking forward to doing more C. G workouts. Thank you x

this is not a workout where you sweat a lot but this was a MENTAL challenge for me. Shoulders are my weakness, really had to push through this workout. But i guess we can only become stronger!

Wow. My shoulders were on - with this one. Pushed myself to keep going with my 7. 5kg dumbbells and 5kg (lightest I have) when CG went lower. Wk 4 has started with a bang --

Day 16 done. And i finished epicaly - used 7 and 5 kg mostly. And 4 and 3 kg for fly and front and side raises. My shoulders are getting stronger by the minute -
