STRUCTURED Shoulder Workout with Dumbbells - EPIC Endgame Day 16 - Caroline Girvan

A solid shoulder workout structured to hit all areas using dumbbells with some bodyweight exercises in there too! This is an intense workout but some fun movements along the way! Work through the pressing variations first before we will reduce the weight and target the laterals and rears more direct! The timer will be on for 1 minute per exercise with 30 se seconds rest inbetween! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 2x 8kg and 2x 4kg each! STAPLE: ALTERNATING SHOULDER PRESS NO LOWER ARNOLD PRESS NO LOWER ARNOLD PRESS SHOULDER PRESS SHOULDER PRESS ARNOLD PRESS ARNOLD PRESS STAPLE: ALTERNATING SHOULDER PRESS PIKE PUSH UPS PIKE PUSH UPS REAR DELT FLYES REAR DELT FLYES LATERAL RAISES LATERAL RAISES STAPLE: ALTERNATING SHOULDER PRESS HAMMER RAISES HAMMER RAISES PARTIAL RAISES PARTIAL RAISES ARC RAISES ARC RAISES STAPLE: ALTERNATING SHOULDER PRESS DRIVING THE CAR DRIVING THE CAR FINISHER: 100 REPS CORE & SHOULDERS! 50x PLANK TO DOLPHIN 50x PLANK SAW Combining some bodyweight exercises within this workout really demonstrates the fact that bodyweight can be so challenging- particularly those pike push ups but it-s appreciated setting the dumbbells down though, even for afew minutes! The finisher was tough as the shoulders are simply fatigued so go be sure to go at your own and as always, have fun and be proud! Week 4 let-s begin!

Getting stronger and stronger! Love that for me many workout are a new type of -exhaustion- as I usually did a lot of HIIT and cardio. I sweat way less but feel more -pleasantly exhausted- if you can put it that way. Thank you so much, Carolin, I can't believe you are just providing these amazing and well combined workouts for free!

Started this program to kickstart a lifestyle change to eat better and move everyday. your workouts have quickly become one of my favourite parts of my day! I seriously struggled in the beginning but I am feeling stronger and stronger as the weeks go by! Thank you Caroline! You are awsome!

I reduced the weight substantially - 5lbs and 10lbs - and still struggled to do all the reps. I'm having so much fun doing these workouts, and I've stuck with this longer than any workout program I've ever done. I like the mental/physical struggle combo. Thanks Caroline!

OMG my first ever C. G workout and I loved it. I was actually really surprised by how quickly the time flew by. Kept the weights fairly light 2kg & 3kg. Looking forward to doing more C. G workouts. Thank you x

this is not a workout where you sweat a lot but this was a MENTAL challenge for me. Shoulders are my weakness, really had to push through this workout. But i guess we can only become stronger!

So good! Have been following your programs for a year and 3mos, and suddenly it's become part of my daily routine. I feel better, look better, and no injuries when I follow exactly.

Wow. My shoulders were on - with this one. Pushed myself to keep going with my 7. 5kg dumbbells and 5kg (lightest I have) when CG went lower. Wk 4 has started with a bang --

Day 16 done. And i finished epicaly - used 7 and 5 kg mostly. And 4 and 3 kg for fly and front and side raises. My shoulders are getting stronger by the minute -

It's the first time i follow a program till week 4. I've skipped 2 sessions so far but i am quite proud overall. Feeling stronger already. Thx!
