A lot of the conventional methods to debloat didn't help much. I think the issues were a messed up gut microbiome, messed up metabolism, and messed up digestion. despite all this, I was pretty sure I didn't have a disease or illness. I did what I did for a week and it helped a lot, 1. fasting: Previously I would fast for 18 hours(often but not intentionally, which made gases build up in protest to not eating sooner. I now fast a strict 14 hours min and 16 max and my stomach doesn't act up at all. 2. reduced my water intake, especially around meals. I used to retain a lot of water because I didn't pee enough to compensate for the amount I was juggling down. I also slowly sip, so less air is swallowed. 3. no snacking: I eat 5-6 hours between meals(so my stomach has it's full time to digest everything. I used to snack because I wanted to gain more muscle and increase my appetite but it caused constant bloating. some things you just have to sacrifice. 4. no brown rice for the week: I think it's too hard on my system. Some can handle it, but it just backs up my digestion. White rice is fine tho, mainly because I eat it slowly and not much of it. 5. no cruciferous vegetables for the week: Only had a small amount of cabbage for the whole week, mainly sauerkraut because I heard it helps with gut microbiomes. Prior, I ate cruciferous vegetables daily and I knew a lot of my bloating was caused by it. 6. CHEW: this is probably the most underrated method ever. Now, I chew until my food is liquid to the point I don't even swallow. I make sure every last bit of food is broken down so my stomach doesn't have to work hard. 7. squeezing my stomach(aka force farting): Kind of disgusting to talk about, but it's just forcing the air trapped in your gut to be squeezed out of you. it doesn't stink btw. 8. I didn't exercise for a week: I wanted to see if my belly had inflammation because of how often I exercise. Not sure if that helped, but I didn't exercise for a week.

My whole life I have struggled with digestive issues, like constipation, cramps, bloating, wouldn't poop for a week sometimes, always cloggin the toilet. I also always thought I was lazy and not as smart because I'd be so tired all the time and my mind very foggy, I suffered depression as a kid as well all the way up to my twenties. It got worse as I got older with mood swings and a lot of anger and anxiety, it was so bad it got to the point where I would have to take 3-4 hour naps after every meal from how tired I was. I felt like I was sleeping my life away. I began drinking fiber with water but I would still poop every 4 to 7 days and clog the toilet real bad like to the point where it would break. Until one day, 22 years later, my sister searched my symptoms and found out about gluten allergy and celiac disease and it described me perfectly. I am now trying to switch my diet to eliminate gluten which is really hard because I have such a sweet tooth but I have to say these past few days with no gluten I have had more energy and better digestion, also no more confusion and overall feel better. I'm very happy you share this information with other people so more people know in case they have similar symptoms

Ok so I know this video is fairly old but for people who bloat easily, like myself (i get very bloated off of drinking water alone so when i eat a full meal my waist grows literally 3inches itd hurt some times and it wouldn't go away until after a nap or sleeping) I work out kind of a lot and although i am fairly toned i would always get very bloated after any meal(even healthy food. A few days ago i recently started doing full body streches with a little yogau for about 10-20mins in the morning or before bed or both, and i kid you not- this has seriously helped me soo much. It is so noticeable how much less my bloating is and i can eat(no over eating peoples) A full meal and still keep my tone tummy. I'm really happy, so peoples if you're struggling with bloating and dont think its some medical issue or anything please just try this, i hope it works for you: 3

I do bloat even from drinking a cup of water and I dont even know if it is bloating, but my lower stomach always becomes so big and the only time it really goes down is when I sleep, but even sleeping doesnt help, I still have some of the big stomach is still there. To be honest, all these workouts have helped because I want a stronger core, but I always always get a bigger stomach, what is weird and I dont know if it is even me, but I get fuller by my ribs, then it curves in and out again in my lower stomach by my hips which I dont know if it is only me again but I dont really know if it is bloating. someone please correct me if I said anything wrong Im always open to advice and corrections

i went to my family doctor and explained the problem i had and because i told them i started eating healthier they basically thought that's what's causing the problem, but i've been bloating for the past 3 years and i think the problem might be more severe. on the other hand it's fair to say i had a really unhealthy lifestyle before trying to change it this year, so how long does it take the body to accommodate to a healthier lifestyle? also, i did the saliva, urine and stool tests and they came out negative, i even took pills to reduce bloating but they didn't work that much, so what do you think might be the problem and what tests should i do?

Since I started my fitness journey I had a lot of bloating and cramping. I have a really fast metabolism, I was eating 6 big meals a day and it was super painful. I tried reducing my meals to 5 per day which helped a lot but it was still uncomfortable. Just recently I tried reducing my fiber intake and OMG, it changed my life completely. I try to eat between 25 and 30 grams of fiber a day which is a bit difficult because I have to eat way too much food and had to change a lot of my eating habits. I completely stopped eating whole grain rice, bread, pasta, etc. and I'm just so happy right now: D

I bloat even right after when I wake up, and my mom doesnt want me to go to the doctor because she thinks its a waste of money. Ever since I was little, I was already bloated. Ive been active on sports, but I admit I dont really eat the healthiest but I always try to eat healthy whenever I can. AND IM STILL BLOATED there was a point in my life where I swam on certain days and did jiu jitsu on the day i didnt swim and then go to the gym on the weekends. I did lose fat but I was still so bloated that it looked like I didnt lose fat on my belly. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

I can't eat literally anything without bloating like a damn hippo. Although granted I can't eat any food besides chicken without gut pain, cramps, bathroom issues, joint pain and such. I clearly have some inflammatory response to most foods eg probably IBD related (as it's being looked into currently) but loosely diagnosed as IBS currently. I thought I was the only one who bloated when they ate literally anything but reading the comments made me feel a little better about my bloating knowing I'm not the only one who really struggles with it.

I've had lots of stomach issues and intense pain as a child, but for some reason, when I got my period, the stomach aches disappeared. But I still have lots of bloating and digestion issues, which makes me feel so uncomfortable and self-conscious. But I'm trying to fight itStay strong Chloe You're making such great progress So proud of your achievements and mentality you have had throughout this whole journey. I know it's not easy, in fact it's so hard, but your positivity and hope only makes it better. So, keep doing you love you
