I did these blood tests in two different countries (Australia and Egypt. No one was able to find what's wrong to the point i got badly depressed and thought there was no hope. Try water fasting and you won't regret it I promise I'm not selling you any diet and i'm not getting any benefit. I never really comment on any youtube videos. But i had to write this comment because i KNOW how you feel I don't have the bloating anymore. I have more energy. I can run and play with my daughter and be there for her. I can focus on my work. Hi: ) Can you please make another one video about what you eat during your health's problem? I have IBS and I don't know exactly what should I eat and I can't find any enjoyable recipes: / I know about low FODMAP but there are so many theories about what belongs to low FODMAP and what doesn't belong to it that I really don't know what's right. Day after day, I feel worse and worse. What's more, doctors, they just downplay it. They say that I can live with it and that I will get used to it. But it isn't as simple as they think it is. I am bloated everyday and the worst is the gas. I can't really live like other healthy people. I feel uncomfortable because I can't go on like this. I need to control all this gas and so on. I am tired of it. That's kinda embarrassing to write something like this here but I am pretty sure that you understand me. All people that I have contact with, they don't understand that this is a serious problem for me and they are just saying that I am exaggerating but I really feel like some kind of crap right now. I have no strength to do anything. I would like to just lie in the bed and talk with no one. My studies doesn't help me with it at all. I hope that you'll maybe give me some tips coz I really don't know what should I start with. I read so many articles about my illness but this knowledge isn't enough to cure my body. I know that you are not a doctor but I feel that I can rely on you and maybe I will be able to learn something new from you. Thank you for all the videos that you made. Girl, this hit so close to home. I never comment on youtube, but I completely understand what you're going through, so I felt like I had to write this. People constantly think I am starving myself, when actually, I have gastric issues, digestive issues and stomach acid issues. I also can't have dairy at all without getting extremely bloated, have any form of beans, or even carbs to be honest, unless if its whole wheat and in very small amounts because my body can't digest gluten as well. I can't tell you how many times I have gotten extremely frustrated and depressed because I can't eat the foods I want without feeling like shit and how hard it is to achieve my fit goals without getting bloated and feeling like shit lol. I even have to stop eating at 4: 30 pm or 5 pm because my body takes 7 hours to kinda digest food, so I only have two meals a day and some snacks. It sucks, but I did find that apple cider vinegar with lemon in water, kombucha and pepto bismol have helped somewhat. Digestive enzymes don't even do shit for me and I have gone to my doctor so many times and taken tests and that hasn't done shit for me either. It sucks that we both have to live through this, but I am really happy that you're finding your way to cope through these issues. I just wish people who had stomach issues like us didn't have to always cope, but if there was like a permanent treatment, that would be nice lol. Anyways, I just wanted to stay I understand what you're going through as I can relate. I hope you get better and don't have to deal with this anymore: ( Sending lots of love

Dear Chloe: Thanks for sharing this videos, I love the recipes you have prepared for us so healthy and seems really delicious I want to taste the sardines burguers But I don't have a food processor only and blender for smoothies and is not that powerful, which brand is your processor? OH I wanted to ask you about the fruit subject, I take fruit every morning as for me is the best time to take it so my breakfast has lots of fruit, I normally take a natural orange juice which I love, but I wanted to ask you about it: is it bas for bloating taking fruit? or you aren't taking them because of the doctor told you in your special case? Moreover, same happen to me with broccoli or couliflower and I hate it because they are delicious and I love them also with brussel sprousts, so I have discovered that I have to eat them in very low portions (even if is so difficult for me and I always end cheating and bloating) and same happens to me with lentils and chickpeas coocked in broth as we eat them here, but curiously when I eat hummus it doesn't affect me that bad. Each body is a worldPS: kiwis have lots of vitamin C, when you can eat fruit I will recommend eating it better than supplements as is more natural

I love these kinds of video's Chloe. You really explained it well. Thought i was the only person in the world who was so incapacitated after eating an apple. :D I remember walking out of an exam unable to stand up straight. One more thing i discovered recently was how the types of fibre can cause negative effects as well. soluble fibre usually helps most. I tried a 'low residue' diet because i was having some other kind of problem but i found it really helped with bloating too. i know fibre is so good for us so it would only be a temporary measure but it really works if you want to give your system a break or if your hormones tend to drive your system crazy at times. Also i used to bloat so badly after raw cucumbers too but i tried peeling it and taking out the middle seed part & it made a big difference. I did the same by squeezing the seeds from the tomato. I love all your video's & i learn so much from them so Thank you. I'm hoping the supplement programme your following helps to fix it for good. Am excited to know the outcome.

Hi Chloe, If you're having bloating/intestinal gas issues. You most likely also have liver problem BC the liver makes bile for digestion. Most of the time it's not detected by doctors yet. Make sure to eat Raw ginger instead of powdered ones which will be more beneficial to killing parasites and bad bacterias in the gut. You can minced some raw ginger and ferment that with a cup of apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup of water in a glass jar for 5 days first and then take a table spoon of that twice a day. Drink a glass of water after taking that table spoon. Also incorporate flex seeds and chia seeds into your diet which will help the cells in your body to release the toxins and help the body to heal itself. Eat more raw veggies like spinach and kale. I had to go on antidepressant called mirtazapine at very small dose just to help me sleep and eat. Helped me eat almost w. e I wanted to except for dairy products and gained weight which was a life saver for me. but the consequence was bad fatigue all day. So I tapered off and stuck to probiotics along with exercising. I would do ab workouts and it inhibits more bloating: ( it's like w. e that can inflame inside will cause bloat for me. But this video is really helpful bc I need some ideas for fresh food Also having more soluble fibers help me bc I generally get loose stools on bad days. I had morning diarrhea everyday last year it was awful. Couldn't eat anything. Im glad and relieved to hear you are doing better

Im nearing the end of my 24-day holiday (ie visiting the fam) in Malaysia and I also look three months pregnant but I wish it was due to bloating hahaha. Im so scared to get on the scale when I get back cos I know Ive put on quite a few kilos and I literally had a breakdown the first night of the holiday cos the thought of gaining back the weight I worked off and more was so infuriating. When I get back Im definitely going to get back to my normal diet (not just lots of carbs and salt and fat) and I think Im going to redo your 30-day abs challenge as well. After that Ill probably do half of your summer body challenge. Hope all goes well reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeAs always, love you lots Chloe

Did your doctor ever recommend bentaine HCL? Acid reflux is caused by low stomach acid and the supplement bentaine HCL replenishes proper acid levels. Theres a certain protocol on how to take it and you have to take it with a protein meal. Oily foods mixed with sugar cause bloating, those berries and chicken soup don't go together, eat sweets separately from oily foods, even oil in salads, sometimes doctors don't know what they're talking about and want to keep you around for a buck. But do your own experiment and see for yourself that some foods are not compatible with others. Skip desserts after steaks, other meats, or fried food. Or eat desserts 30 min before your main course. Do it for a week and then try to eat dessert after oily food and see for yourself the difference.
