I had all of these problems and needed help to fix them but my number one question wasn't answered: /. How exactly do you tighten your abs doing the workouts i hear people say Don't push out your stomach and then I hear Don't suck in your stomach so I am really lost at how to tense them up. I've been working out and eating healthy but my stomach is still bloating looking and extends outwards, I'm an overall skinny person my stomach isn't. My stomach is basically how Chloe's looked on her first day of the 30 day challenge and I did it but my stomach isn't any flatter. SO if ya'll so of any way to tighten them please tell me

Hey Chloe, Do you have any tips on how to prevent bloating? I bloat daily. Im only able to see what my true ab muscles look like in the morning when I first wake up. I bloat immediately after I eat no matter what I eat, I bloat even from drinking water. Im starting to drink apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp daily with 8oz of water to see if this helps but im struggling daily from it and feeling down and sluggish. Please help me if you know any tips or what I should do. Also I do alot of your work outs and your amazing at what you do.

It may be helpful to know what anterior and posterior tilt are when you try to engage your core When your back is super curved you are in too much of a posterior tilt (can cause back pain. When doing these exercises (or any where you have to brace your core, you should try to contract your glutes and 'scoop' your hips (think of reaching your belly button. This should help you automatically feel a contraction in your abdomen. After that comes the breathing

I literally can't hold my plank for more than 6 seconds (my core is so weak and I have lots of belly fat from never working it out of fear that I would fail or not be able to do it or get better, but I'm not ashamed anymore because I decided today that I'm starting where I'm at and going to make slow but sure progress I'm not going to quit, I'm doing this for life Wish me love and luck. Thanks for the encouragement Chloe

Chloe, I dont have a mat. I have to do most of them on a bed. The mattress is moving. Its a firm one, but still. I think this might be the reason why my lower spine hurts a little bit SOMETIMES. I also used to exercise with a weighted hoola hoop for WAY too long at a time. What should I do?

I am 100% guilty of having the top part of my hands underneath my butt. It's so difficult for me to have my palms on the side. Definitely need to practice my breathing. I don't use my hands to lift my butt, but I just have the top part of my hand under my butt. Thank you so much for this
