I have a question how many times a day should you workout? like my plan is on weekends/ Saturdays I will stretch in the mornings, in the afternoons I will do my leg strengthening workout or maybe a jog out then at night I will do a 15 min HIIT workout (abs/upper body) and a 30 min HIIT workout (full body) is that a good routine or? Then since I'm in school in the mornings before school I will stretch and afterschool around 6: 00 or 5: 00 I will do my leg strengthening workout and my two HIIT workouts for 45min and on Sundays will be my rest day. If anyone has any feed back that could help and make my workout easier or better please reply I'm highkey kind of stressed out about what to do.

sorry for being direct, but few of those exercises are done wrong. For e. g. taping shoulders exercise, your posture needs to be in a position for plank (because this is a plank version) that means that your butt needs to be activated and this taping (going in position where you are just on one hand) is done wrong, your waist cannot move anywhere, it needs to be on the same place were it was before doing this tap. Waist' needs to be still, without any movements. It's not a critic it's just an advice, cause wrong way of exercising can cause a lot problems for you and for people who try this workout. hi chloe i have a question. i am working out with your 2018 summer shredding program and it is great and i've got a small question. for example on friday i should be doing legs full body and arms, but is it important to do legs first then full body then arms or it doesn't matter at all? can i do full body first? or is it best to do the full body workout in the middle of these two? pls tell me i would like to know what is the best for my muscles. pls help i have no idea lol xoxo

Hi Chloe Thank you so much for your videos Ive always been really insecure about my body and so I wanted to start working out to lost the stubborn fat lol. Just a quick question. If I do this workout everyday, how fast do the results start coming in? Day 1: feel the burn on my thighs and a bit on my abs I had a lot of trouble with the plank exercises because I have ZERO arm strength, but I did it Cant guarantee Ill update everyday, but Ill try

can you pls do a 600 calorie workout? I really need something intense but not too intense and pls do leg fat shredding programme but not toning it bc it makes it look very big. I love your videos and you deserve the 1M subs Keep up the good work, I'm finally doing the 30 day programme, just the third day today tho hehe, it's my rest day but i don't really need it so i'll do this later.

At least my neighbours cant complain haha soo hard to find ones that dont have jumping and lots of stepping in i have thin flooring in my apartment and even with mats its hard to workout at home where i cant get to a gym: / thanks a bunch hoping to see more of these

I can relate My right shoulder is still aching and a little tender from not resting enough or maybe even stretching enough between my workouts. This was a nice way for me to start back and judge my strength on that shoulder and modify when necessary. Thank you
