I have been doing this for a month now, BUT I already have a booty/leg workout plan that I started meanwhile, so I would do the glute bridges and I would also incorporate other compound exercises like squats, lunges, leg press. etc because I also want bigger legs and thighs not just booty. I was struggling at first because I'm a small eater and was underweight (for the first time in my life) for almost two years now due to eating disorder and depression, so it wasn't untill I started eating more good quality food that I was able to see significant results, I'm currently eating 2500calories a day VS barely a meal everyday when I was superskinny and sick. I started my fitness journey three months ago but It wasn't untill the third month that I really started getting into it. NOW I gained 7kgs I was 44kgs three monthes ago, now I'm 51 kgs and I am soooo happy and dedicated to gain mooore

I started out at 81cm (31. 8in) and finished with 83cm (32. 6in) +2cm / +0. 8inIm a bit frustrated because I hit 83 two weeks in and then plateaued, and I know the reason was that I wasnt eating enough because I vaguely counted calories and I never once went over my TDEE of 1900 cal: (Also, I started adding weights to all the variations because I found just the bodyweight was too easy. On the second week I used two 5lb dumbbells balanced on my hips (10lbs) then at some point switched to two 3kg weights (6kg) and I can do the 50 reps now with no breaks easily so my strength & stamina definitely increased at least

Most of the comments are like, I want big ass, small waist but girl you still pretty without it, and you gotta have it naturally cuz what yall talking about is a hourglass figure and that is something you get born with since its in your body structure. I am NOT saying your get it but dont try to change your body to much, since gaining an small waist thats to small or not reallly meant for your body it could be kinda bad for the inside of your body. Srry 4 my bad English lol

I want to try out both challenges but you said in this video not to do both at the same time, which one would you recommend doing first? Bikini season is coming up quick and normally I slack off and dont get the results I want before summer comes along. But I also have been working on my booty for a few months now and being consistent, I REALLY want a nice plump booty with noticable results as quick as possible. So overall Im not sure which to try out first.

I struggle keeping a consistent workout routine and I don't go to a gym because I a. don't have time and b. can't afford it, I didn't keep track exactly but what I did was 50 of all 7 of these exercises everyday as my entire glute workout routine for a few weeks, I did see a bit of an increase from what I could tell, does anyone have tips for working out consistently when you have no time?

Thank you so much for telling us how long this takes. As a newbie to working out, it's easy to think you'll work out a little and gain a lot, but that's really not how it works getting in shape, getting a nice body takes time, and it even takes years. It makes the goal easier to achieve though when i know it's going to be a bit, because i won't very discouraged after a week so thank you
