This is the second week of what i eat in a week Attempting intermittent fasting again. It was quite difficult for the first few days but it gets easier Really happy that I lost a kg in a week. It's mostly water weight since I get bloated from water so easily. I don't really restrict myself too much, of course I ate a lot less sugar since I came back. I was really packing it on when i was overseas lol. I still really enjoy my healthy meals. They are DELICIOUS, except for that black bean whatever bean yucky spaghetti

How long did it take you to get into such a great shape? I been working out and eating healthy since August and I did lose some weight but I am scared that at some point I will stop losing weight. Also even though I visibly lost a lot of weight through the months the scales haven't changed at all so idk whats happening there. I don't feel any muscles or anything I wouldn't say I have more muscle mass. It's just weird that everyone is losing weight and I'm kind of stuck even though I been training so intensely and eating so well. Haha this is a long comment but I only just found your content and I am so inspired, I'm definitely subscribing Gonna try the fasting diet you gave me motivation

i've been doing intermittent fasting since October and its been really good for me, but over the holidays ive been slacking off and unfortunately it has affected my body weight going back now to fasting mode now for sure but i am wondering if i should change my macros in order to get rid of the fat that i gained. but i have no idea for which macro setting i should go for can anybody help? i am an endomorph but rather small and petite (although i feel like a bloated ballon right now after eating so much cake LOL)

Chloe is relatable in so many levels First of all, she's not one of these youtubers who are 100% of the time invencible on their diets, SHE'S REAL and have struggles with the lifestyle too, and that's ok. And second because she is in the same weight range as me, (I'm 45. 7 kgs right now) and have the courage to show her body even when she is not completely aesthetically satisfied. Thank u for inspiring me and motivating me thru my journey with your example, Miss Ting

IF is very normal to me haha i've been doing it for years and didn't know about it till i watched your previous video about IF. I don't eat 7pm onwards and wake up 10am and go to school. I'm a huge water drinker tho. I eat lunch around 12pm and snack 3pm and eat dinner 7pm and i don't really eat healthy meals and don't exercise but somehow maintained my weight. I think now that my eating pattern is the reason. I'm 49kg and i'm 5'3 1/2: )

Your positivity is so inspiring I love that you talk about how good you feel on the diet, Ive been doin keto for a little while and Im thinking about starting to do intermittent fasting as well, but I tend to get really discouraged when Im dieting because i forget how bad it feels when Im not eating clean. Your videos are always so upbeat, and they make me feel good about taking care of my body. Much love

You look like Taeyeon from Girls' Generation: 3 By the way, are there specific rules to intermittent fasting? How many calories do you need to eat in a day during intermittent fasting? (at least. is it ideal for people with slow metabolism? Last checked, the amount of calories I burn while resting and doing nothing is 1680 calories cries in slow metabolism, I wanna eat 2000 calories a day D:

I'm gonna to this too, but I'm not sure of how much I can change the hours of the meals, I mean she breakfast at 12/1 pm, I can't do that, I wanna breakfast in the morning and then lunch at 11/11: 30 am and have my last meal at 3 or 4 pm and then all that again throught the week. It is okay? I think I eat very well but not sure if the timing is good. or it is necessary to do it this way?

Hi Chloe i love your paleo banana bread recipe it's very simple i followed everything. I made this morning it turns out good even though the texture is not what I expected for a bread. I was wondering maybe the i should put more flour. 55 g is only 1/4 cup according to google. I Should make it up to 1/2 coconut and 1/2 almond flour. I will try it again tomorrow coz i really like it.

Chloe, Do you work out during the fasting hours? Or it's better to wait after the first light meal when breaking fast? I love all of your abs work out and inner thigh work out so much. Thanks so much for your hard jobs creating a effective exercises for us. You are not only beautiful but also sweet and kind. I am always a big fan of yours xxx

Hi Chloe I was just curious (and you totally don't have to answer for privacy) but what exactly is your job? Is it just youtube and blogging? I was wondering because in a previous video you mentioned all those purses were for your clients and it just had me interested in what you do You inspire me so much and keep up the great work
