Omg I was wishing you could make a video of how to stay fit during travel, but I guess it's really hard for a lot of people I am going on a student exchange next year to Europe and I hope I can control my appetite: ( I live in Asia and eating much doesn't really make significant changes to my weight since I don't eat much dairy products and usually rice is more than enough to keep me from constantly snacking, but when I went to Europe this year I just unconsciously ate more than ever since I'm not used to eating little rice every day I kept snacking on chocolates (I love chocolates) and ate wayyy too much pasta ( I'm not the biggest fan of pasta but sometimes I find European foods too bland for my tongue so I only opt for pasta): / I hope I can control my appetite so I'm not ruining my current weight loss journey. I gained 5 kgs in Europe (YES 5 KGS I HAD MY ENTIRE ASIAN FAMILY SHOCKED) and have lost 7 kgs so far. Maybe because it's student exchange things will be a lot easier than regular traveling and I can meal prep, but I honestly have no idea how to reject the food my host families have to offer and how to reject european chocolates cries

hellohello Chloe, I saw this video, and you said that you were thin and weighing 38 kg. What did you do and ate, to gain more weight and at the same time, staying fit? This is actually my problem right now. I'm 45kg, and I look so thin: ( I want to atleast gain weight thru muscle, not fats. and to be in shape. I'm actually doing your workout routines specially the, hips, butt, and abs workout. I'm hoping for your help and advice. Thank you and by the way before I forgot, You're sooooo Pretty and cute: )

I kept finding excuse to not exercise and cook at home with so much work to clear on hand but you managed to exercise, cook, clean up your house, and do so much work to make this video. Really motivates me to start getting a clean diet and exercise more regularly. Gonna try those recipes you put up too cause they look so good. And you are really creative with ur food haha

Hi Chloe. Im a petite girl and I always wanted to gain some weight but its still kind of hard no matter how much I eat. I was told not to do any cardio exercise as I dont have much fats to burn? Im not sure if its true haha. Can you suggest which type of exercise should I go for? And do I need to consume more protein foods along to increase my muscle mass? Thank you: )

Hey Chloe I have a similar body physique to you so fat around the thighs, lower back and love handle< not sure how this is spelt but, I've watched your fitness videos but I'm unsure which exercise to do that would be the most effective for me. Can you recommend me the fitness routine you go for in the gym and home to fix these problem areas? sending love from Sydney

I love this video Your food looks insanelly delicious. Just realised that you put the recipe for the chicken soup in the description which was the recipe I wanted As an Asian living in the west, I always want to learn to cook more authentic dishes because I feel like Western dishes are always easier to make for yourself even when you don't have a recipe.

You're so lovely. I gained 6 kelos in the past 2 months and now I'm 51kg and bloated all the time, the past week I litterly haven't eaten anything but sugars(biscuits, sweets, chocolates and) I was so unhealthy and I'm planning to starting a healthy diet again. I will be more motivated knowing that you're doing this as well. Love this video

How much time does it usually take you to prepare and cook 3 meals in a day? I try to cook at home but it usually takes me at least 1 hour or more to finish all the cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner and then another 1 hour to digest everything. And I just feel like it takes so much time I dont usually have much time for that

hi chloeee, i was wondering if you could put a time for when you eat what meal, i have trouble balancing my meals with the right time, so like breakfast at? am lunch at? pm snacks at? pm and dinner etc, i dont want to over eat during the day so knowing certain times for meals would be great, thank youuu: )

Chloe I couldn't help but giggle, I totally relate to this video I've been working pretty hard for the past 8 months then I went off for my honeymoon and ate EVERYTHING and did not work out. I'm starting back again this week and dreading leg day cos I know I'm gonna be really sore
