This is the second part to the No Jumping Workout Series. This low-impact full body cardio workout is definitely more intense than the first ' No Jumping' Workout but it is still doable. If you want to burn some calories, try this one out Definitely a fun one. I store most of my fat on my back, my love handles, my thighs and my butt so that's why it is not exactly very obvious because they're mostly covered by my clothing haha

hi Chloe thanks so much for this. i recently pulled my calf muscle it makes so hard to walk run sprint or do mountain climbers even squatting with bw is being a problem im taking this week off for recovery any recomendation i could have? i dont wanna give up lifting heavy and today is leg day cant even lunge but would stationary lunges help better not putting so much pressure on the calves? thanks xx

okay so today I decided to do something with me, I'm 17 years old and I don't have forme and I'm a little too fat. I don't want to look like I now, I want to feel good in my own skin. Omg this workout is so good, im gonna try doing this for a couple of months, ill try and update this comment on how i get on but dont be mad if i forget. Day 1 - oh my god I sweated so much that was so goodDay 2 - I did it as hard as I could and I was able to because I was used to it. Still sweated a lot But feels great

After attempting many plans and none of them working, this vertical jump training takom fetching network (G0OGLE it) has been my savior. Touching the rim was all I can do two weeks ago and I really felt ashamed over it. My buddies are truly shocked regarding how I could now dunk within a small amount of time.

I finished it but i feel bad coz i feel like i will never lose the weight and that workouts who don't make me die are not working which makes me sad because i want losing weight to be fun not too painful to the point i can't actually stand up or something: ( also how many calories does this workout burn?

Because I did a 10 min bike ride before this I couldnt get through the whole thing lol, I got through it a lot more than expected but when it comes to the floor ones I just have to skip and jog on the spot lmao. I really loved the Knee Pull though, it was very entertaining to do lol

Hey there Chloe I've been trying this two days prior to your Summer Shredding Program until now I do it on weekends and in these three days I felt a LARGE CHANGE I'm not running out of breath just like what I did the past tries. I hope this would be my start of my fitness journey

if anyones curious about the calorie burn, ive burnt 134 calories with this workout. for reference im 159cm tall and weigh 41. 2kg. my average heart rate was 174 bpm with 197 bpm being maximum heart rate. (energy expenditure calculated with an apple watch series 3)

I started a month ago (doing this exercise, sometimes making it longer, 3-4 times a week) seeing AWESOME results I even went out in a dress last week for the first time in for ever because I wasn't ashamed of my legs like before. Thank you so much
