i loveeeee your meals. please make more of these what I eat in a day videos. I also started IF because of you and I've been doing it for the 9th day today. Last night actually I cheated and had a midnight snack but today it's fine I'm just shortening my feeding window and still stuck to my 16 hour fast. You're right. If you have to break the fast a little early it's ok unfortunately I havent been able to weigh myself due to my scale coming in through the mail a little late, but we will see maybe in another week if I've lost weight from today (by doing IF) Also it made me laugh when u said you rarely eat on the bed and then u dropped something LOL you jinxed yourself hahaha Thanks for the video

Bodybuilders say that fitness is 70% eating and 30% exercising. But I'm no bodybuilder. I'm a hiker, bicyclist and tree climber. So for me, it's more 50-50 or even 60% exercise, 40% eating. With my discipline, being lean is important. Excess mass, whether fat or muscle, just gets in the way. So these tips are of great value. Thanks. :)Still, I study bodybuilding. They know what they're doing; as I am nearing age 60, the risk of losing muscle mass is high. Among my goals is breaching age 90. Wish me luck: )

Today I ate like crazy bc it was my brother's birthday, and I always feel immediatly bloated and guilty when that happens. But watching your videos makes me feel better about myself and makes me think twice about my relationship with food. As someone with a bulimia past, watching your content always ease my mind and makes me wanna eat healthy and nourish myself Keep up the good work, you're an inspirationPs: I wanted to try IF but I'm scared to trigger my bulimia again maybe one day, though

I started IF a few days ago and i personally like it because it feels like I am able to mentally control my hunger. but the downside is that right when my fasting time is over, I start binge eating a little bc I was so hungry. IF is especially hard bc I live with my family and my schedule is their schedule basically. when they eat I most likely have to eat, especially mornings

Hey, lovely i have been following you for ages. I just moved to Sydney for 2 months. Its quite tough for me at the moment. The point is i couldnt find the good grocery stores as in your videos. I tried fasting before and my stomach was definitely flatter but then holidays came and I stopped fasting Now seeing you fasting makes me wanna do it again I start fasting on Friday and I'm looking forward about the results I get some motivation from you Chloe, hope that you and I can reach our goals And thank you for recording your fasting journey

I love your personality and your videos are so helpful The fact you even let people know it's okay to not follow it all the time relieves many who are too hard on themselves when they decide to eat more once in a while. You're so right about conflicting information, half the articles I read on intermittent fasting say its amazing for fat loss and the other half say it doesn't really do anything and may actually trigger your body into starvation mod- so that you don't lose any weight. I'm just going to do it and find out

Hihi just wondering, must intermittent fasting be 16 hours of fasting? or does 12-14 hours count as intermittent fasting too? will results be seen without being healthy but still fasting? i know i hv a lot of questions but im just wondering whether to try intermittent fasting or not. Hope u reply

first of all, when you says ' I PUT ON SOME WEIGHT' iam like putting my lens on and where? hahaha. 2nd - iam pretty sure you are very strong: ) 3rd - that part ' I rarely ever eat on my bed but today I wanna relax and the fall of mighty oats in the bed hahahahaha it was sooo funny. stay strong; )
