Hey guys This is the results of my intermittent fasting attempt after 1 week and 10 days I've shared some of my tips from what i've learnt from my experience and also articles that i've read. I've talked about the benefits of intermittent fasting, how to do it, my results, my personal tips and who shouldn't do it I find that the result is more prominent after 7 days. It's because my body is more efficient in burning fat at that point. Here's my what i eat in a week video for WEEK 1 of int fasting: I

I had tried intermittent fasting. I can say that it really worked for me, I was very fat for years due to bad eating and sedentary habits. Along with exercise, I tried this because I thought it was a really great idea and it looked more suitable for me. I found REALLY good results, I lost weight as I never imagined. At first it was difficult because I felt hungry and tired and the food was just close to me, tempting xD but I managed to continue. After a centain time, I could be OK during fasting time, but the bad side came when it was my time to eat, and during those I had binge eating episodes. And when I felt guilty, I didn't eat for longer periods of time. That lead me to an unhealthy eating pattern. One day I didn't eat for more than 24 hours. Then my parents discovered it, sooo I stopped doing it. Now I just kind of control what I eat, trying to eat balanced. And that was my experience. I recommend it; I'm sure it will probably help a lot (except the people who Chloe mentioned, but just find what's best for you and take care, and love yourself

Thanks Chloe for this video. I once tried low carb low fat diet and with exercise, I lost weight but period stopped. and I have hair loss problem. so I changed my diet, I begin eating healthy fats such as salmon, high proteins and natural carbs like sweet potatoes and brown rice, and morning I will pop my fish oils and vitamins supplements, and with intermittent fasting (i do 16/8 or 5/2 depending on my work schedule and mood) and plus exercise, my period is normal and my hair loss problem disappear. dont be so stress up, eat ur chips or ice cream when u feel like it and get back to your plan again. consistency is the key.

I'm wondering -- I'm in your 2 week shred challenge, just finished day 2 - I'm sooo hungry right now and I know it's good to eat shortly after a good work out, but I also have a funny dinner schedule where I eat late (I'm a musician and am often up late playing gigs- plus some of my pay is being fed dinner which always happens when the gig is over, like 930/10pm. SO, a 16h window after dinner would take me to another 2 hours from now. I do like morning workouts. so how do I balance IF with later dinners and late morning workouts? Eep Thanks for anyone's ideas

how would i do intermittent fasting during school? i wake up at around 7am and i get back from school at 3: 20pm. i did intermittent fasting during my winter break and it was great. i felt satisfied all the time and was less hungry during the day, but when i went back to school my hunger spiked significantly and i find myself snacking all the time. im not a big snack person but i feel like ive been eating nonstop. im not sure if anyone can help me but if anyone has tips on how to fast during school days please help

I fasted all day until dinner 2 days ago, and I felt SOOOOOO GOOD all day It was amazing Then at dinner, I ate chicken, rice, and vegetables, and I had so much rice and vegetables I literally felt like I was gonna burst. And get this. I had ice cream that night but woke up and I had lost 1. 5 POUNDS IN ONE DAY I felt super energized all day. And yes. I drank like a million cups of tea that day. Yall should totally try intermittent fasting or some sort of fasting it is AMAZING

I have been doing 16/8 fasting for a while now but since last week, I begin to add cycling at the evening and eat less than my usual portion (which is A LOT. I lost 1kg for now. Not much but it still means the plan is working considering my actual weight before I add exercise and eat healthily is 88kg. P/S: Last year when I was still studying, my original weight was 90kg. It's obvious that stress make you overeating.

Starting My 2nd week now 16/8, I have 4 kids so I have tried many opinions to loose baby belly fat and none was working and now Im doing IF and it seems to help boosting my energy level and seeing a bit of a result on my body which probably mean that this is working for me also now my husband is on IF with me so we are now encouraging and supporting each other we feeling great so far

I did this and I must say, that it's not for everybody. It was easy during the fasting, but when I started to eat breakfasts again, I gained all the lost weight back. I couldn't fall asleep during the diet, I usually slept 6 hours a day, that wasn't great at all. So if you experience some of this, please stop with fasting, as it will make more damage in the long run.
