This is a pretty intense fat burning full body workout. This will burn heaps of calories if you're trying your best. Don't worry if you can't do it as fast as I am in this video. If you had a break from working out, then it'll take some time to get used to intense workouts again. I personally had a break and find it hard to keep up with my workouts. This workout was filmed before I left to Japan so I was in better shape at that time as well I

Doing this video till I see mad results so stay tuned (Ill auctally keep u guys updated: )Day 1: some of the more High intensitys ones I had to take some breaks I was sweating after like I just came out of the shower but then I waited a few hours to see if I had any soreness and my butt was so soreDay 2: Felt like I needed little breaks I did almost everything without stopping expect the goinger whatever their called thats the hardest for me Also I play soccer I dont know if that effects anything so. another thing is that when I went hard on the more high impacted one (like burpes and lunge squats etc. when I did the more less impacted one I did feel like I had less energy to do that for example the jumping jacks feel good to but my BUTT is still sore Day 3: I am sweating bulletsI barley took a break I only took 1 little one that Wasnt included in the video but its because I had a tie My shoes so. It was way easier but in the squat jumps I didnt feel the burn either Im doing them wrong or Im getting better idk. And I did most of the groiners but sometimes I would give up and do regular mountain climbers. Plus I didnt feel as tired as yesterday but its was still badDay 4: didnt do it cause I went to kingsdomion and I walked a lot plus I stood up the WHOLE day it was also 90F outside so. Day 5: I didnt break a sweat till the end of circuit 1 which Im kinda happy about But I had to take a little more breaks cause I didnt do it yesterday. i could do all the exercises too But the goingers I had to take a few seconds of break, I also close my eyes when something is rough The burpes I could do the tuck jump cause till now I just did the regular burpes so

I just want to say a huge thank you to you Chloe I was a chubby kid, and that started going away around middle school, but after that I couldn't get rid of any more fat without exercise. I looked up some workout vids and found you I've been doing your workouts when I have the time, which isn't often but will increase soon, and the first time I did one of these longer ones my entire body was sore the next 72 hours. Now I can make it through these vids a lot easier, and we'll see how long this makes me sore, hopefully not too long. Before this workout I was 166 lbs and after (this workout and a post workout meal) I'm 114 lbs Your workouts really are effective and I love your videos I can't wait to continue my fitness journey

I'm gonna start doing this workout for a week than change for a different one and I'll keep you updated. Try liking pls so I remember. Day 01: 2019. 10. 13. Height: 155cmWeight: 42. 1 kgsMy goal is to have a toned body with less fat and more muscle. I am not mad at my stomach but more at my thighs so I'll do my best. First workout: Holy God. I skipped two sets from circuit 2 cuz holy crap that was intense. It's been a while since I've been in the gym so I thought I'd die like holy frick. My muscles are done. Tomorrow school prolly will be a pain in the ass.

I started your workouts a month ago mixing up your 35 Day Shred and Thigh Slimming Challenge and I have been loving it. Definitely have seen my stomach get flatter and I love following you along This workout had me exhausted after the second circuit though. I have asthma so I tend to not do too many jumping exercises at once because that makes me so out of breath that I need to take a long break to catch my breathe. Bummed that I couldn't do thw whole thing very intensively but oh well

It's crazy to think that this time last year, I couldn't do a routine that was longer than 10-15 minutes. Now, this workout doesn't tire me out the way it used to. Anyone that is thinking of giving up because they arent seeing progress or because they think this whole thing is bogus, most of us have been there, the answer is to KEEP GOING, KEEP TRYING and DON'T GIVE UP

Really really hard but she designed the circuts nicely. She has an intense move, followed by some easier cardio to keep the heart rate up and give your muscles some rest. The best workouts are difficult, but doable due to the way the moves are planned. Try it You wont regret it: )

Sorry i've been away for a while I just got back from Japan and wanted to take two weeks off the internet to recuperate. I hope you try this workout. This is intense and effective. Hope you enjoy Let me know down in the comments if you've tried it out

First time doing it. and it was intense. Full honesty, it really hurt for a beginner like me, but I did the most I could (had an extra 5 minutes break in total) and it was worth it. Also should I do this everyday? Or like, 5 times a week type of thing?
