I'm currently doing this I actually did this naturally all through high school (maybe just too stressed in the morning to eat? haha) but I stayed pretty small my whole life until just last year, when I started eating first thing in the morning. I started working out too, and was disappointed to find that I GAINED weight, and much more fat than normal. So here I am, back to the eating habit that I've kept most of my life, not eating in the morning and ignoring those 11pm hunger pangs. During my eating window, I eat healthy, with lots of healthy carbs (my body does NOT like keto, I need carbs personally) with greens, whole grains, berries and moderate fruit, and then my dinner is usually a big salad with protein (chicken or salmon usually, and of course LOTS of water It's been literally 3 days. and I've already lost 3 lbs I absolutely couldn't believe it. It's NOT water weight either- I am drinking tons of water every day, in fact, that's what I wake up with and go to bed with and it helps so much with the hunger pangs. I feel refreshed in the morning and sleep well at night. I can't wait to see where I am in 2 months

Hi Chloe I love your videos I'm a fourth year biochemistry student so while I am not an expert on metabolic pathways I have taken courses like metabolism where we learn about the pathways that your body take during diets. Ketogenic diets allows you to loose weight because it has a high fat diet, allowing to burn fat but not store, in a state called ketosis. The problem with this metabolic pathway however, is that it leads to ketone accumulation. While this diet allows you to lose weight, it can actually be harmeful for long period of time. Ketogenic diets should most likely be monitored. Huge accumulation of ketones is very acidic and your body can actually undergo to coma, and potentially death. This has happened before in the UK, when the trend first became super popular before it was heavily studied. Not trying to criticise your video, but genuinely looking out for you If you are doing this right then great: )

You definitely can lose all the fat on your body if you stay in a caloric deficit long enough for that to happen. Below 2% body fat your organs have no fat around them to protect them from infection. They can get infected, stop functioning properly and cause death. But it is definitely possible to lose all the fat on your body. If you do intermittent fasting and don't count calories, you may inadvertently fall in a caloric deficit and as a consequence lose weight and fat. But after losing all the weight possible for the caloric deficit inadvertently created, your body will gradually stop losing weight and your weight will plateau, because you are no longer in a caloric deficit. The body has reached its maintenance weight for the amount of calories you have been eating. To keep losing weight you need to reduce your caloric intake once more.

So, after hitting a plateau I didn't know what else to change in my routine. I was meal prepping and going to the gym. I came across this video and decided to give it a shot. Thank you so much for addressing both concerns and benefits. After a month of fasting I was able to cut 7lbs of body fat, and maintain my muscle mass. The results happened so much quicker than I expected I was worried about working out on an empty stomach but I start each day with some sort of fasted cardio and I definitely experienced the mental clarity. Thanks so much for all in the info

The reason people give ketogenic diet a bad rep is because it's designed to boost your metabolism into stress mode. By restricting carbohydrates you also restrict glucose, main food for all your cells. Ketogenic diet therefore robs your body of its original food and forces it to fun on ketone bodies, which are a response to starvation. It is not healthy to keep this up for a long period of time. Also as a fun fact, ketogenic diet was originally designed for patients with epilepsy: )

At the time of this video your body (composition and shape) is absolutely perfect. You would not want to lose any more body fat than what you have here. Amazing work you should be proud. Keep lifting and light cardio and eating well and you'll remain a beast. Also great that you spread positive advice and motivation for health and well being. You should be proud of your contribution and work and continue on this path.

I wake up at 5am and I sleep around 10pm or 11pm. I workout at 6: 30am 6x a week. If I do IF 6x a week, 16/8, what can I eat or drink before working out? I run, swim, cycle, and lift weights. Im afraid to faint since Ive trained my body since I was young to have big breakfast. Ive never missed breakfast in my life. I wake up early just so I can have breakfast and to let it digest before working out. Pls help. Ty.

I'm trying the intermittent fasting right now and love it so far I was wondering though, did you feel like you saw better results when you added keto or when you were just intermittent fasting? Some say when you stop keto that you gain it back, and I didn't know if you experienced that or not. Let me know
