I'm gonna do this workout for 2 weeks and also Chloe Ting's 2 weeks abs challenge (also following a diet)HEIGHT: 1. 58Weight: 51 kgDay 1: January 25, 2020 DONE I'm sweating SO MUCH I didn't feel like dying but I think I did goodDay 2: January 26, 2020 ALSO DONE And today I really felt the burn. I almost died but I put all my strenght on it and achieved the 2nd day. I KNOW I CAN DO ITDay 3: January 27, 2020 I could do it again However I felt kinda weak today. I also did the rest of the exercises so my body was DYING Anyways I think I'm doing just the other excercises tomorrow. My body needs to rest a lil bit. Day 4: January 28, 2020 Did it again I know its crazy but I can see AWESOME RESULTS FROM THIS When I started I had a belly but IT'S STARTING TO DISAPPEAR I LOVE THIS I WILL KEEP IT UP Day 5: January 29, 2020 It wasn't that hard today and its curious that during each round I was smiling. I felt very good doing this today Guys I'M SO SORRY FOR STOP UPDATING FOR SOME DAYS However I kept doing the routine and I CAN SEE A SMALLER BELLY My physic condition is WAY BETTER THAN BEFORE and I can see pretty good results on my legs and arms. They are getting stronger and toned.

Ok guys I'll do this workout everyday for a week, go to the gym three times a week and drink apple cider vinegar in the morning and before sleep. My current weight is 68kg= 149 lbs, waist-74cm=29in. I'll keep you updatedDay 1: I did the workout and I lost my motivation in the half to like 88% I did the workout about 5 minutes ago and I feel great nothing hurts and yeah I feel like it wasn't difficult at all hahaDay 2: I did the workout and it was again pretty hard and I did it in about 40 or more minutes like I don't see any changes except aching hahhaDay 3: I didn't do this workout today but I was at the gym for about 1h 45minDay 4: Today I didn't do the workout because I was really tired and I had to do my homework sorryDay 5: still didn't do it because of my school and I was really tired I'm really sorry but I'll do it longer then. Like about 2 weeks and I already lost 1. 5kg/3. 3 lbs, waist-72cm/28in so I lost 2cm/1 inch in my waistI don't know which day it is: So I actually lost 3 kg/ 6. 6 lbs I'm really happy and yeah I didn't do her workouts that much but I just didn't eat fast food, choclate and otger unhealthy meals

if you're finding it hard to find motivation to start, finish, or continue while in the workout like i kinda am right now, just think of how happy your future self would be that stuck with it. Push yourself to your limits but if you can't physically finish the workout just know that Rome wasn't built in a day and with patience, perseverance, and consistency it will get easier and you will get stronger, more fit, and overall fulfilled in your progress and new body. Don't give yourself too many regrets, chase after what you want, and don't give up on yourself. You will come out a stronger person because of hardships. Be the person you want to be and hopefully you will find self love in yourself no matter where you are in life if you don't already have it. There is beauty in imperfection. What I was really trying to say before I started rambling is that you can do it and to believe in yourself. I hope all of you have an amazing morning, afternoon, or evening wherever you are

My weight is 50 kg (110 lb) and 5feet 5 inches tall. I will keep update my progress. Day 1: I almost dead after set 2 so I take 1 min break and keep doing. I feel so tired while doing mountain climber so I do it slow but still working to the end. This is day 1. Eat healthy and no diet. Day 2: Rest Day since I've important matter too busy to workout. Day 3: I still doing this workout. I feel so tired and relax at the same time. I don't see no different since this is my second day so I will still keep doing in the next day. I think I will see different after a week. Never Give Up Day 3: Rest Lazy Day xDDay 4: I feel so lazy tdy but neglect my laziness and do this workout. Feel so tired and sweaty. But I don't take a rest time and I easily follow through this workout maybe because this is my third day doing this workout. Not as tired as last 2 days. I feel so light and relax. Day 5: RestDay 6: Rest

Ive been working out for a while now, but this workout is by far the hardest one Ive ever followed. This was killer I tried following this a couple of months back but I couldnt pull through. This time I was extra prepared and had a bunch of performances playing on my tv to keep me going (BTSs MMA performance, if youre wondering) along with this video playing on my iPad so that I could follow along. I had to take some extra breaks, and I literally cussed and screamed my way through. Im really proud of myself: ) If you feel like you cant to this workout, just try, however long t takes for you to complete it. You wont regret it

26. 12. 2019. Day 1: I did this workout and I. AM. DEAD. I fell like someone pushed me into the pool, I'm sooo swetttt, that's why I like this Gonna try and do this everyday27. 12. 2019. Day 2: I only did 15mins of this workout because of my family -_- BUTTT I did streching(for splits, and back)I even learned how to do a kip upI'm a gymnast so kip up will help me to learn a backhandspring and I'm soooo excidedddd for that: D28. 11. 2019. Day 3: I did ths whole workout even tho I didn't want to and right now I'm so proud at my self, I need to take shower now because I SMELLLLLL; -;

Im gonna be trying to do this everyday until I can completely finish it without almost passing out lolUpdate: I got through 22 minutes of it- so I was kindaaa close but yeah just do it every day a little only as much as you can handle and youll be able to do moreUpdate: got through the whole workout, it was hard but significantly easier than yesterday: )

current weight: 65. 5 kg or 144. 4028 poundsdid this workout withmy mi fitness tracker watch and omg it showed tat i already burnt 524 calories on the first day. honestly, i didnt think that i would make it till the end, and guess what. i did it didnt actually kill me though even though i was sweating maybe because of the cool down session but burpees, you are the worst.

The fact that I always get interrupted while working out. Im a 13 yr old that weighs 119. 0 and Im 53 and my mom and dad can never leave me alone while Im working out. but I still love them Update- Ive been doing this for a week now and I now weight 117. 0 I lost 4 ibs Thanks so much Ill definitely be doing this as part of my routine now
