I've followed your workouts for a year now and i can't thank you enough because you really helped me alooootttt But I can't get rid of that smoll belly fat on my tummy I'm eating 80% clean working out regularly and giving my body a reasonable rest still I can't get that flat tummy specially my lower belly I started to think it's hormonal belly still I really want that flat tummy do I need to work my obliques& my V line? Thanks

Omgosh I love you, Ive been in really good shape just doing your workouts, I add my own to it but still; Ive been motivated by your videos. Videos are very organized and to the point. Breaks could be shorter but thats beside the point, keep doing this for your fans we appreciate the motivation. Youre in great shape so I trust the process.

Hope you enjoy this workout I LOVED IT I haven't been working out as much lately and my upper body is definitely not as strong as before. It is important to take breaks. If you feel like you're under the weather or feeling fatigue. Please do take breaks from exercising. It can be a couple of days, a week or longer. Listen to your body. :)

Did this after a 40m upper body workout. Why do I get such bad ideas? :'D The up and down plank was a nightmare, my arms were shaking and were so weak. I couldn't even complete the plank (normal planks are usually easy for me. I could hold it for like 30s. Damn. NEVER underestimate Chloes workouts guys: 'D

Hi Chloe, thanks for another awesome workout I'm wondering, do you have any tips for people with weaker ankles/wrists? When I try floor workouts similar to this I really enjoy it but find it very taxing on my ankle and wrist joints, and I'm not sure if that has to do with poor form or weak joints (maybe both.

Hey Chloe love ur vedios. n u r seriously a motivation for me. also can u do vedios on how to work out correctly with weights. esp the glutes one. I started deadlifting n it's hurting my back so much. would be a grt if u did a vedios on dos n don't of weightlifting. loads of love

Hi Chloe, so happy I found your workouts. I have tendinitis on my wrists. I really want to lose the fat under my arms especially near my armpits. Most of tricept workouts are really hard on my wrists. Can you make a video on workouts easy on your wrist and elbows?
