Episode 2 of the 35 day booty program is here This program uses resistance bands but don't worry if you don't have one. Every episode has non band exercises as well. I would recommend you try the no bands booty workout version for a week or two until you find it easy, then progress to using resistance bands

1st day: it was kind of hard made few mistakes but i know if I continue i will get better2nd day: cant do it today because i got injections on both of my arms and they hurt and are stiff. GUESS WHAT? I did some arm stretches and i got used to the pain and i did the workout. Its was easier and felt quicker this time Remember that the first day isnt always going to be easy you have to carry on3rd day: just finished and i really worked myself today im even sweating a little bit. im proud of myself4th day: today was a tiring day maybe thats why the workout was a little harder but i made my way through. Exercises such as the GLUTE TAP was much easier. Just like before the workout felt quicker and the burn is REAL I also did it in the dark: 3 now i have to revise for my exam; -; 5th day: complete. And also i wear uniform and for my uniform i wear pants so my hip dips are visible but i have noticed that they have reduced a little bit6th day: i didnt want to do it but still did it anyways. 7th day: cant do it because im busy but will do it twice tomorrow8th day: did it 2x today9th day: complete10th day: missing today will do it 2x tomorrow11th day: 2x complete12th day: complete and im seeing results13th day: i had 2hrs of tuition so i just feel asleep14th day: did it 2x, it was quicker, feeling good, sweating alot 15th day: complete16th day: complete17th day: complete. Hip measurements before: 49 inches. Hip Transformation begins. NOWDay 1: DoneDay 2: Done. It's burning soo good LolDay 3: Done. Day 4: Done. Day 5: Done. My hips do feel like its building muscle. I'm going to buy the resistance bands soon. Day 6: Done. Im struggling with those 3/4 leg circle extensions. I Forgot to mention that. Day 7: Done. Week 1 is done. I see a lil bit of a difference. I just ordered the resistance bands so i'll see how this turns out. Day 8: Done. I see a slight difference in my hips. Its not a huge diference but they are filling out a little bit. Day 9: Done. The 3/4 leg circle extensions got soo much easier The resistance bands that I ordered are coming tomorrow. Here comes the painDay 10: Done. The resistance bands came today. Hi guys Im going to start showing my progress, Ive been doing the booty workout and ab workout to now Im going to start doing this as well as eating healthy, still will probably have that snack at a family gatherings or just cravings but drinking water no soda or juice, healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, I started this Monday after being out of routine so Im back on track and Ill show you guys how Im doing 1: I did half of it then stopped so Im going to gradually do it 2: 3: 4: 5: didnt do it today because I had to wake up early and go out for the day but will try do it later5:

I have a question. So I would have a nice hourglass body if I did not have hip dips. Now are these what hip dips are, so is it when you have an hourglass body until you get to your hips near your belly button. Which gives the affect of love handles? And if you get rid of them you will have an hourglass body? And also makes the part of your body above your butt going to your waist look like its straight across and not going up like an hourglass body ( yes I know this probably doesnt make any sense and I know how many times I used hourglass body )

doing this and the ab workout for a while day 1 - im rlly excited and feeling the burn hahaday 2 - feeling refreshed day 3 - this was intense loved it thoday 4 - i ended up doing it twice today 40 min workout loved it i feel greatday 5 - it was easier today i liked itday 6 - really felt it todayday 7 - it was a little easier todayim seeing progress: )day 8 - today was good lolday 9 - today was great day 10 - awesomeday 11 - only did 1 of the workouts today lolday 12 - skipped today cause i hurt my backday 13 - i felt it in my abs haha

day 1: dont have the band but will work harder instead. the workout really made my hips burn and cant wait to see a difference when i do this challenge. defo motivatedday2: right so ill say the measurements after every week and btw if u need motivation well keep going if u really want it go get up and work it. im doing this bc im super insecure about my body and wanted to change myself for the satisfaction for meday3: missed (busy)

I did the program a while ago, and my butt did not grow. I drank a protein shake every day, but I did not gain weight, so that might be why. I also found the program to be rather easy (I do exercise with weights regularly, so I added extra weight when possible. So, if you're used to resistance training, really make sure you push yourself, and that you gain weight during this program: .

Im not sure if anyone is going to see this comment but for the people seeing this comment I wanted to tell you guys how Im going with this workout. I started Sunday February 9 so Im on day 4 right now. At this moment I dont see any difference yet, but you can definitely feel the pain in your arms, belly and upper leg. Today is Monday Jan 6th 2020. Im really trying to work on myself so Ill do this for the full 35 days and keep yall updated on the results. Day 1: COMPLETE honesty super painful(dont have a resistance band so I didnt use a resistance band today)Day 2: COMPLETE still painful (no resistance band)Day 3: COMPLETE still hurts just as much (no resistance band)
