Every episode has non band exercises as well. I would recommend you try the no bands booty workout version for a week or two until you find it easy, then progress to using resistance bands

Chloe, if ive went through a c-section, can i do this? I miss all ur workouts and seeing all these workouts really make me sad and i remember my good days before pregnant, I did your workouts every morning and I feel really good. So whats gonna happen after a csection - flabby tummy.

I've been using low resistance bands since day one and am now heading over to medium resistance I'm definitely seeing results, I should start taking pictures. Instagram blacklisted my phone's IP because I was on my university VPN ONCE, so can't post it anywhere LOL.

i really wanna get my dream body but like i work out then kinda give up i have a super healthy diet so is there any advice for getting started? also im not like extremely over weight most of my fat is a lil belly fat so HelP

Chloe, would you mind doing a video on how to get bigger/muscular thighs? I currently don't have time to go to an actual gym and use machines because of school, but I want to keep my muscle intact. Thank you for all you do

This workout is def an amazing workout but it'd be sooo great if you could add pistol squats as wellI just like to challenge myself while I train lolIf you haven't tried it yet, I'm sure you can do w that booty; )

I did your current booty ones and I have a question: why does always my other booty side hurt instead of this one I engage? how can I fix respectively does this even help grow your booty when the other side hurts?

I started this challenge and I just finished my 2nd day and now I can feel the burn. I did it without resistance band first and will add resistance after a week. I can't wait to see the result. YAY Thanks, Chloe.

Idea, lycra bodysuit with velcro fasteners at the wrists waist ankles knees and elbows. Inside body suit are those flex bands so every movement is under resistance so a light work out becomes a super burn set?

Chloe. I have a question in my head that has been bothering me for some time. Should I keep my knees behind my toes when I do squat? Or it doesn't really matter? btw I lost 4 Kgs with your summer shred program
