This Get Fit Challenge workout challenge is so damn hard & feels so good afterward with those sore muscles, ahhh. I love it. But, the choice of background music is used is good when performing in the gym, but during home workouts even with dumbbells - pop or soft music is just fine. I am getting used to of 2-week shred's musical marathon now, and I wish if she would've used 2-week shred music 'to make our heartbeat beat superfast' & our muscles sore.

CHLOEEEE! Will you ever have a daily workout schedule? Like a monthly calendar of scheduled workouts that changes each month? I currently do your plans or freestyle them but I get bored doing the same workouts over and over but I also don't wanna stress with mixing different plans together.

As i am skinny fat, i heard i had to do strenght training along with some hiit and good diet, im already slim, just wanna get a bit more toned, chloe really be a mind reader with this new program since its about strenght training lol.

Hey Chloe can you please make a workout video on how to reduce hip fat. I know everyone wants huger hips in general, but there are people who wants their butt to be smaller as well.

for biceps i do like 40 to 60 knee push ups and lift weights for bout 15 kg (aaprox) but my triceps is not strong so ill do this for triceps wish me luck. its gonna be so hard. ta ta

Hey. i want to know if this workout will help to burn chest fat or just strengthen them. Please reply. i tried many workouts to burn my chest fat but any of that didn't work
