It s so much easier to get a good strength workout using them than just doing flappy bird and knees down pushups. I hope people will try this even if they re doing want big muscles and realize how effective it is.

I've never prioritized my arms, I used to workout my core and my lower body but never my arms. I wanted to gain arm strenght as a new goal so I started working on my arms more often, I worked on my push ups and I eventually build some arm strenght so I started using wheights, swapping to body wheight arm excercises to wheighted was really hard but exciting cause I love working With dumbells (makes me feel so strong lol, I Usually struggle finding dumbell arm workouts that are ACTUALLY for beginners, this worked excelent for me, it was really hard but not impossible, really appreciate your workouts!

IDK why am I falling in love with Chloe Ting. maybe becauz of her workouts which changed me completely.
Even after getting results I am doing workout every day with Chloe cauz it's damn fun.

Hi you are wonderful, then you are very good. But I wanted to tell you that the two week abs challenge this is the 11th day but I don't notice a slight difference. But is this normal? Please answer me if you see this comment

Hey I'm already doing yr one video for strong arms then which one I should practice this one or older one cloe and I love u and yr workout so much.
I even force my mother to do yr exercises but she says I'm 50

So many challenges. so little time! I used to hate exercising but Chloe made me change my mind. I m counting the days until I finish my ongoing Chloe challenges and start this new one!

chloe. I want to do this so bad. But i dont have dumbells with me and i am afraid to do with any heavy objects because it may fall. So is there any substitutions for that?

Just tried this workout and I loved it! This proved to me I have a strong arms thanks to Chloe's 2 weeks shredding program it helped me tone up my arms love you Chloe!
