I know you're not reading this, but I wanted to say Thank you.
My life has been really tough lately, I have had a falling out with my best fried of 7 and a half years, my Grandma passed away, and my mental health has gotten worse. Year 8 (I am 14 years old) has been a nightmare!
These exercises make me feel in control, and grounded. I feel happier knowing that i'm making time for myself, and that I am doing good for myself.
I want to say thank you.

chloe i was 91 kg with a 21 day challenge i went down to 83 kg i have some folds but i haven't been doing it for 1 month actually i don't want to do it because it's hard but when i look in the mirror an ugly body and cracked cracks make me angry and i'm sorry about this so i want to do it but you think i finished 21 days hard What should I do and I'm a Turkish girl, you know, Turkish girls have a lot of housework, what do you think I should do?

hey, I had a question so if anyone has any suggestions, please help me! I have been doing full body and arm workouts for 4 months now and even though I do see a change in my body (it's become thinner and more toned) I hardly see any change in my arms and I really want to lose the arm fat. I used 2kg weights for a while as well. If anyone could help, it would be great! Thank you: )

Please please answer me this. I start working sports in a big weight and I see changes then I stop working my body needs that sport again but I stop this mean I will get fat again? I want to do exercise so please answer me the real replay me please please.

this is the definition of a FULL body workout. there are so many muscles worked simultaneously for ex: the glute bridge chest fly or the lunge twist this is genius!
