Top 3 Benefits of INTERMITTENT FASTING for WEIGHT LOSS & Burning Fat Empress: I love intermittent fasting because even though I eat clean most of the time cravings don't scare me or the occasional over indulge of ice cream and chocolate that time of the month for the 2 or 3 days my cravings r at it's worst even though I am disciplined enough to push it aside or I can get a lollipop which is flavored to my craving which has less calories and eating that can take a good 15 minutes enough time to savor the flavor I been craving because it's d flavor that we truly crave at d end of the day if u look at it.

I have a C H E A T question! :D
What about stevia in coffee? Zero calories? Or like today with me adding bcaa to my tea to make it sweeter to get the benefits of both worlds? The cup of tea actually made me felt like I ate a whole meal then I realized I haven't but I still feel full, energized and good. Since it's basically zero calories it should work in theory right? I like it sweet: P also I've been doing the warrior diet fasting 18 hours then eating 6. It feels so so good. Huge difference in my mood too being more positive now. :)

i intermittant fast anywhere between 16 - 18 hours for about 2 or 3 days in a row then have a re feed day
train weights and cardio on empty stomach, on a huge caloric deficit, supposed to be eating 2400 calories
but i decided to drop it to around 1500 - some days might push it to 2000 depending how fatigued i feel.
and literally all i eat is chicken and brown rice, nothing else chicken and brown rice and i'm dropping kgs
every few days.

your Recommended Diet Plan for me says Carbohydrates 86 G, Protein 120 G, Fat 61 G but if i add that all together it only comes out to roughly 374 calories but 374 calories a day is dangerous i thought i was suppose to get around 1480 calories a day for healthy weight loss IM EXTREMELY CONFUSED AND STUCK PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND your Recommended Diet Plan

Not only did this help me lose weight effectively, weight loss green store tea also helped me do things that I've wanted to for a long time. I've just started doing Intermittent Fasting to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. I usually struggle to get enough protein in my diet. So I normally take up to 3 protein shakes a day, through out the day, should I be taking a protein shake at all or should I keep to my eating period?
Any advice would great

You are missing the whole point: 5-6 meals will spike the insulin and intermittent fasting will help lower it. Most people with excess fat have insulin resustance and their livers/gallbladders are scrwwed up so if they do 5-6 meals they will NEVER lose fat.

I just cant workout in the morning. Will i still loose fat if a do workouts with Intermittent fasting in the evenings? Say that i have my first meal at 1-2 pm and then go to gym around 7-9 pm. do i really have to do it in the morning?
