a lot of these are demonized by doctors and chiropractors saying that it actually kills your lower back. its better to raise the legs with something under your butt and do leg kicks or scissors (you can also do slow raise and lower with both legs keeping the max at 45 degrees. then move into a vertical standing position grabbing arm bars to hover your body and lifting the legs into a sitting position then spread your legs apart, from the hover sitting position you can do knee thrust like you're trying to run up a set of stairs quickly. You never want to pin point your body weight onto the small of your back.

You might wanna lay low and replace the ab roll out with planks or something if you have lower back pain and shoulder pain (such as shoulder dislocation. Also, ab-roll out is intermediate to advance level workout, if you are a beginner should start with something easier and build your way up to the strength for ab roll out.

just to let everyone know in the thumbnail it shows a fat man doing exercises. if you are overweight and do these exercises you will NOT lose that fat, for that you need to do cardio and have a proper diet. these exercises will only strengthen your core

Just don't interlock your fingers behind your head when you do these exercises.
You end up pulling your head down to your chest. That puts pressure on your spine. (on the back of your neck)
Not good.
