So an obese man that weighs 600lbs should eat 600gr of protein per day? Is that what we are being led to understand by that study? Why would this man eat protein to maintain his fat? Fat doesn't use protein. Neither does bone. Shouldn't he be eating protein to maintain his LEAN body mass plus that which he needs for growth? He's got plenty of fat for energy. he doesn't need the extra calories.
I get that if he was skinny with no extra fat for fuel that he's going to need extra protein, and at skinny we're talking 150-170lbs so 150-170grams, which is not too much. But at 600lbs. how is 600gr not way too much protein?
I think that study left out a few things or I'm missing something. Or maybe the numbers are for well-conditioned athletes with low body fat and no one says that. Because countless influencers use that. 08-1. 0 recommendation when they're talking to a FAT audience, and that's a problem.

Hmm im 24 and already have really thin hair. My father also lost a lot of hair early in his 30's. Maybe I can't get around it anyway but now I wonder if I should start with creatine or not: /
