Why Is My Girlfriend Eating 4000 Calories A Day? Couple's Leg Workout Sofia Jones: Im really proud that Stephanie is going all in. Often I feel that as women we never truly eat to satiety and can get stuck in a perma-cut mentality. Im sure working in the fitness industry it becomes even harder as fans want to see fit and thin bodies regardless of someones mental state at the time. Im really excited to see Stephanies results and Im happy shes already feeling happier and stronger. In the end thats what matters.

I am really pleased that Stephanie has begun eating properly. It was very concerning seeing her previous videos. Particularly the cheat days. It was basically just uncontrolled binge eating. Someone who doesn't starve and restrict constantly wouldn't want to binge eating a whole box of donuts as soon as they get up etc. Extreme hunger is caused by one thing only. Eating too little. Aka. Starvation and anorexia. The human body isn't complicated If you've met your calorie and nutrition needs you won't be constantly hungry. It's that simple. What would make this totally perfect would be to just admit she has an eating disorder and metabolic damage from it and is now in recovery from a severe eating disorder Instead of trying to name it something else all in or a scientific experiment. All this weighing herself every morning and documenting her food everyday is NOT healthy It's still eating disorder mentality I hope she gets full and true recovery from her eating disorder and food obsession issues. Stopping all this filming herself and food tracking and denial would lead to full recovery All I see in this video is just obsessive unhealthy language. From both of them It's no secret that physique focused people are very overly obsessed with food issues etc. I'm not sure these videos are healthy example at all to be honest. Stephanie is a lovely lovely girl who needs to just step away from all this obsessive behaviour and wild swinging between eating patterns. It's very obvious she's a girl who was restricting binging and in a disorder who needs to just accept that eating enough is eating enough and doesn't need labelling as all in or anything else. I wish her all the best in finally letting go of all this labelling and issues and full eating disorder recovery X

I'm here because I've experienced losing my period for several months and my mind was blown when I saw Stephanie's videos about it - I had no idea this happened so much to hardcore fitness women. Then, I was just checking on your video and. wow, what the hell is wrong with the comments That is so sad: ( she explained it so much, and people are still saying it is about butt, how YOU want her to look, getting attention. just wow. Fitness industry is so sad, man. it seems to me that everything is about looks and no one gives a shit about anything else. Well, I'm glad she's doing it. and I'm glad you're there for her (I've also had a long recovery from eating disorders, you feel so shitty about yourself all the time, it's crazy, but I don't understand why is everyone so impressed that you don't care if your girlfriend gets fat. I mean. isn't that the least people should do? Care more about well being than her size? Oh, well, I just hope she can be happy She's such an incredible woman

Why do U think that getting fat, ie, making your fat cells hypertrophy with the automatic consequence of increasing the number of insulin receptors on your soon-to-be-huge fat cells, will make U less hungry? --- It won't. It will do exactly the opposite - unless U go low-carb. U should know thisGet tested for Prader-Willi syndrome & stop taking anabolic steroidsAlso, U don't have to be skinny to lose your period. There are hundreds of other reasons to achieve that. Based on your very narrow area of expertise, U should know at least this much. Since U apparently don't, look at least some of them up - but in books written for MDs & not on the Internet or from other UTube PhDs. This is my last comment ever as U make me sick & your presence in the world is toxic.

I hope you know your totally destroying your metabolism. Especially restricting calories and then going up and down the way you are you're destroying your metabolism. And eventually you won't be able to lose the weight. Plus the only way you are hitting 4000 cals a day you must be eating sugary and processed foods which is poison in itself Theresano way you can stuff that many calories into your face if it was good nutritious foods. My my my better reevaluate.

Basically she has all the symptoms of a restrictive eating disorder and should stop making it anything to do with fitness. Her low body fat before was ridiculous. Food obsession is classic in anorexia. Women should not look to her for health advice. It's not all in, it's eating disorder recovery in another name. I have been there and it isn't healthy. Going all in would also be no exercise.

If the 4, 000 calorie thing doesnt help. Go carnivore. It helped straighten out my identical issue. I used to wrestle in high school and compete at some pretty large scale events. The result of cutting weight and the binge eating really messed that up for me. Carnivore did a great job fixing that for me to the point I reintroduced carbs and now eat around 50% meat 45% greens 5% grains

Question about deadlifts. so I used to do my deadlifts like this then a trainer told me I was doing them wrong and taught be to do them with straight legs ( less like a squat as they are doing) and I did feel them a ton on my hamstrings. Is this a different type of deadlift? If so whats it called and is it really just for targeting your quads? Someone please answer

I actually increased my daily calories from 2, 500 to 3, 500 for about 3-4 months last year, and I only put on a few pounds. I'm still not sure why, only that I do a lot of cardio, and my diet was really clean and carb heavy. I was actually difficult to eat that much. I dropped my calories back down, but upped the fat content. I'm still roughly the same weight.

Yes, she can eat a lot On her cheat days, when she had those, it seemed 80% of the calories was from sugar & junk food. Sugar can't fill most people up, right? Do you say sugar is a food? Is there any truth to presence of glucose receptor in ovarian cancer linking to most aggressive cases? She may have talked to you about this if there was.
