A full body workout to get you sweating and muscles burning in only 20 MINUTES Christa: As a beginner, I have tried many different workouts on YouTube but find that they aren't all attainable or that I'm not able to complete them, which ultimately makes me give up on working out. I love quick workouts like this! There is a warmup at the beginning, so I don't have to look elsewhere for that, and even though the exercises are demanding and difficult for me, I don't fail at them, which leaves me wanting more! Thanks!

Waste of time, if you are over 40 and or obese. please do not exercise without a full medical-check-up. that includes: blood-pressure, cardiograph, blood-test, urine test. Write-down everything you've eaten in a 2 -week period. remember everything thats not meat and veggies is a carbohydrate and its that you need to reduce! Yeap-I'm nobody!

Omg this is so much easier on my body than Chloe ting stuff. A couple days ago I tried to do that two week challenge thing by her and I only lasted two days before realizing Im not yet capable of doing that, it made me dieeee. So instead Im just picking random workouts to do everyday, thats good enough for me

For those struggling with this kind of workout, I find its best to do your own routine first, and then end it with this type of HIIT workout. This way, you can ease yourself in to the intensity of this as well as maximizing the length of your session for best results

Perfect combo of stretching and weight bearing. Love the chill music and simplicity of just using body weight. Also enjoy option of adding other videos to focus on diff. Body parts. Its the only exercise program that I have been able to stick with. Thank you so much!

Awesome workout! I like the style of workout to keep switching it up so I dont get bored and quit. And I like how in the plank at the end you really motivated me to keep it up and said do not come down it really pushed me to stick it. Thanks!
