i'm doing this one every mornings and try to do one of your 10minutes every evenings (without being super constant for now, but it will come) - i just have one question, could you advise me/us what are the best moves for stretching after these, in order to stay lean and do not bulk at any point, even more as i'm doing it every day?

I've been doing this workout every day for about 2 or 3 weeks (I lost count lol) but I can see the results! My legs and abs feel so much stronger and my self-confidence has improved. Every time I do the workout, I feel like my form gets better and as a result, I sweat even more. I absolutely love this workout and seeing the awesome results! Thanks so much!

Thanks Maddie, this workout makes me feel complete after a lazy sunday in the garden! :) My tip to increase donkey kicks, fire hydrants etc. : while doing them with the left leg shift your weight on the right hand (accordingly right leg lifting -> weight on left hand. Your booty will love (hate) that!

Ive already done this workout multiple times and I LOVE it. It gets me sweating just like a run would in the morning, but without the terrible FL summer heat outside and with some strength training! Thank you for switching up the music a little, by the waythe same two songs were getting a little overdone (-;

I love your videos could you please make a 20-30 min. Video with less impacts on the knees? I can do a few jumping jacks but no TV burpees. The straight up jumps shred my knees
