Resistance Band Booty At Home Workout Glute Activation Mango: Maddy! Can you please make a video that shows some beginners basic work outs at the gym? I'm also too afraid to start the weight room or machines in the gym cuz I dont even know where to start! It would be really awesome if you could do a video just showing some basic upper body, lower body, booty and core work outs at the gym!

I really love these workouts. I have gone quite far back into your resistance band booty workout routines and I have been doing them for about 3 or 4 weeks now (at least two to three times a week) and I am seeing a huge difference. Thanks so much! xx

Also, when doing the side step from squat position using the yellow band. don't bounce up and down like me. My booty was a little tired from a good lift session apparently
